I agree the Canadian Resident Disneyworld ticket offer ends today. I was holding off buying tickets for my daughter and grandchildren until after the election. They no longer want to go.

I do have a DVC points trip booked for the first week of June with my oldest daughter. She will do this trip and then have a wait and see for any future Disneyworld trips.

We cut back on Orlando a few years ago. We have gone but not as often. We have a Disney cruise booked for Feb. and I had added 5 days onto that at an All Star and since our flights are booked it's hard to change that. We do not plan on any park days however I have a ton of old (really old) tickets left with a day here and a day there. I thought I might go to guest services and exchange one for a day at Hollywood Studios just to brake up the time. I'm wondering now if I should have booked another of the hotels because we will have so many resort days. Second guessing myself.

The thing that worries me about Orlando is they now have a curfew in parts of it. It's not an early curfew by any means but when a city puts that in place, they have pretty big issues. Also, it's an open carry state. There's just to many if and and buts to the whole thing. After this trip it will be a long wait before we go back I fear.
We will be in the D. R. in less than two weeks and back to the D.R. in Jan. Maybe not 'safer' but at least I know that not everyone is carrying a gun.

We're seriously reconsidering our upcoming trip.

Don't cancel Jaqueline, go while you can and feel comfortable doing so. It may be a while after this trip before you feel you are able to go again. Once you're in the bublle it's all good.

Well the dollar is already down,,,need to see if it reaches mid 60s,,yikes,,,plus we will see what else actually gets put in place....yes if we dont agree on things we dont support them,,,we would travel elsewhere in a heart beat

I did a chat with AM for the missing Pizza Pizza 25AM x 15X multiplier. (Ordered GC Oct 12). And the Landmark 30AM for $30+ spend (we did it Oct 15 bc my husband and kiddo went to see Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D at Landmark!) - so I got all the miles I was expecting for that luckily!

I am almost at Onyx! I did not think I would be but thanks to all these great promos lately! And now I have enough AM to redeem next week for that 113AM bonus

I decided to do a AMs chat tonight about the Oct. 20Xs offer. I spent $65 at St Louis and should have received 25 AMs for the card link offer. Never showed. This was the second time I did chat with them about this. First time it was St. Louis isn't a card link offer and then it went to 'wait a week'. This time it was 'we will escalate it'. Never had that before. Negussie said to check back in 10 days.
It was a very strange conversation. He asked for an invoice number. I explained that it was a restaurant so no invoice number. Then he was asked for a receipt number. The whole conversation was a little off. I think this one might be a wash.

I had received the 15x miles for another transaction and I think that’s what helped me. It was proof I had opted in. But sorry you didn’t get the miles asap!

Same thing happened to me yesterday.
And to make maters more upsetting I agreed to a Airmiles call back twice and did not receive them.

So the Rep I spoke to said I have to wait till Nov 20th and then if not posted to call them back.
I am actually confused what is even owed to me now.

Very confusing to say the least.
The rep did give me a reference number to use on Nov 20th so I will follow up but I am not too hopeful.
We shall see.

I dislike chasing missing airmiles and I'm sure I'm out $100+in airmiles every year because of it. Because of the upcoming redemption bonus, I just reported my missing BMO Costco airmiles from Sept 6-8 and the system awarded them immediately. Very surprised! I'm used to waiting a few days for an email, then providing proof before seeing anything. Thought I'd mention for those that have a month or so to wait for missing miles. YMMV.
