ADR for magic kingdom restaurants before Christmas party

Nope! I just made one for 6:10 pm at BOG! But I actually DO plan on buying a ticket for the XMAS Party, because why not? It's worth doing at least once on my stay, I did it the previous time I stayed in Disney during the holiday season and thought it was pretty cool.
What date did you get I’ve been looking since my 180 opened and have had zero luck for November 27 and 30th.

Just was wondering if you can book a table in the magic kingdom, at park close for regular guests if you don’t have a hard ticket for the party? Or do you get kicked out when regular hours end?
From what the rep I spoke with said it will allow the dinner reservation but if you don’t have a ticket your reservation is no good. I had booked a dinner and now it’s worthless unless I buy a ticket to the party.

Oh ok that is after my vacation dates. I was online when they first opened my 180 days and there was nothing available for dinners for the week of November 25th. Thanks and congratulations on scoring that reservation!

Thank you! I wish you luck in scoring one for your vacation! I got lucky for sure, I was up today at 6AM making all the ressies but as we know there is never a guarantee and they do go fast.

I do not have party tickets, but was just able to book a Plaza reservation for 6:15pm on Nov 29th. I'm assuming since the system let me do it, we'll be fine. Would like to have a leisurely dinner and then see some of the Christmas party as we (slowly) make our way to the exit...
It probably won't happen that way.
My belief is that they won't honor your ADRs without a ticket...

I think I saw you dropped this ADR, which is good because you will not be alllowed to use it without a ticket. Anyone without a ticket is escorted out of the park after their dinner, and no stops or dawdling is tolerated. Not even a bathroom break, so beware of trying to catch a glimpse of decorations etc.

ETA: I was trying to plan an inpark dinner on our arrival day, btu the restaurant we wanted is Skippers. I understood that there is no in restaurant rest room, so we scrapped that idea. Even though we have no interest in the party, I am not taking a chance that someone wants to use a bathroom on the way out and cannot.
