Mickey's 90th Birthday

The sipper situation was quite intriguing to me. The crowds were nuts all morning and basically broke mobile ordering by lunchtime, so we were like, "heck no," but then we were at DCA in the afternoon and just grabbed some with no wait with lunch... were people expecting them to sell out?

The celebration was cute and I'm glad they decided to spread it all across the parade route.

It was a very busy day.
I think so and it also wasn’t fully clear which QS locations had them and which weren’t going to have them as the day went on. I think it was insane to start with because there were only 2 locations in DCA which later expanded to at least 5 and 3 in DL which expanded to at least 7 as places started to open for lunch.

Yes! This morning at opening, it felt like it was Disneyland's version of the hunger games. People had groups and split up throughout the parks hunting for various locations trying to figure out which QS had them.

Also, I heard on Facebook that they sippers are officially sold out.

My mom said she saw they still had some at Pizza Port, but they are going very fast. Definitely over in the wharf area at DCA they are sold out.

EDIT: they brought out more. There's tons currently at Pizza Port. Definitely not sold out totally yet.

This is what the gate situation was for both parks this morning at around 7:20. This is the busiest I've ever seen it. We were all concerned that this meant the park would be crazy. However, by late morning/early afternoon, things seemed to settle down and, while it was still crowded, it wasn't too bad.
