Something About Nothing............ #14

Ugh that Monday morning feeling. But yay, a holiday week. Get those stretchy pants ready. ::yes:: :rotfl:

And so, below freezing this morning. 31 said our outdoor thermometer. Brr, trash was colder sitting outside at the curb. No matter, they are mostly pretty full now. Nothing like topping them off, so even less trash around now, as from dinner and early breakfast for DH and I, is now in the cans. Trash cans will be empty before noon. First mostly heard around 7 am. So we are one of the few neighbors that are up in that early hour.

And yay, as commuting day is that holiday day, so no commuting needed this week. Woot!

And another yay, that rain is coming later today, into tomorrow and Wednesday. Then a full day of sunshine for Turkey Day. Black Friday, cloud covered, but rain holds off until the weekend. Ah just warm enough, it’s rain, and not that 4 letter white word. Weather this week deserves a woot!

Ooh I think I heard someone up. Since I don’t hear a voice, I think it was older one. Guess he has to be somewhere early today. Will find out soon enough if he comes down the stairs. Hmm, I think I heard the shower on.

And so, that back to routine day, and since DH fell asleep at dinner time, I didn’t even hear him get up. But alarm went off, so I was up too. Last of bagels, so I’m full enough, and hope to enjoy quite a few mug filled drinks today. I can see a nap in there, as not only was he to bed early, he was also a restless bedmate. Sigh.

Thus, that truly routine day for us. But not quite. Oh, older one said he wasn’t feeling well, but said he was going back to sleep. His and little one’s bagels will wait to be toasted. Older one does work today. I guess he will still go in, if feeling better as he gets some more sleep. I hope so. At least said a tummy issue, so no need to get out that test. He eats late, as he returns later in the after dinner hours.

But back to that routine online for me, and DH. Quiet enough. I guess DH’s usual chatting this time of day, means many are relaxing this week. Makes sense.

And yay, two of our extended family members arrive on Wednesday. They may wave to Keisha, as they do pass across our state, the widest way, from West to East. Our furthest flung extended family member, won’t make it East this week. Her work doesn’t give her enough time off to travel. She does however, get almost month off at that next holidays’ time. But her parents travel to her, to spend those holidays. At least that’s been for years now, so the only time we usually get to see her, is in the mid Summer time.

Ah, Monday it is. Hope yours is Marvelous.
Woot! Get over this hump of a day two days from now, and black will be that most happy Friday feeling the day after. Ooh, November is chugging along quick. And so does our holiday last minute booked holiday fun time. Safe travels to Keisha, as she strolls into that cruise with thoughts of turkey dinner the days before. Yay, December starts at the end of next week.

So early I am. And third mug fill. Going to be a long feeling day. But hope little one is game for some bingo at that chicken store, at dinner time today.

I tend to look like such a schlump when cleaning & cooking. How come those 50’s housewives managed to do it with full makeup on, hair in place & in a fancy dress & heels?

I think it was a mirage-ee in some advertising mad-man’s mind.

edit: just checked my car rental rates (via carrentalsavers). Didn’t think mine wold drop more at this point. @ $350 for midsize suv, it’s less than I got hit with for 3 days over Columbus Day weekend:jumping1:

first year ever…

have every single present I’ve bought so far wrapped. :banana:the only New Year’s resolution I’ve managed to keep going This year.

Your countdown will go fast now! I can't wait to see your pop ins as well!
Well, as I’m far too lazy to do a real TR…thanks for that lol
Safe travels to Keisha, as she strolls into that cruise with thoughts of turkey dinner the days before. Yay, December starts at the end of next week.
I was compelled to taste test each of my DS’s turkeys on Saturday :). That smell can drive you crazy lol

rain coming thru our area a bit earlier tomorrow, starting in the am and continuing nearly all day. your family should be fine crossing the mountains as long as it’s mid day & they’ve had the chance to pre-treat, then salt the roads to help avoid the ice from forming.

Happy Monday. I did not want to get up and go to work today. Thankfully this will be a short week.

I am not having a good day so far. The smell of the therapist’s coffee is really irritating my nose. I can’t go outside to get fresh air because the smell from the fires makes it worse. If that isn’t bad enough, a client just came to my window and he was reeking of cologne.

We are going over to our son and daughter in laws house today. Their dog Joey is 18 and he is going to have to be put down. He is not doing well and is having issues walking along with other things. We bought them sweet Joey when their other dog passed away many years ago.
So sorry to hear that. Prayers for your family.
Hehe, some of us, like pizza at breakfast. 38 percent of us. Only sometimes, if we have leftover pizza, I’ll be one of those in that percentage. Not very often do we have pizza for breakfast.
I don’t mind pizza for breakfast as long as it’s hot.

it just doesn’t want to heal. Not supposed to cover with a bandage, as they want it to form a crust to heal. decided, that’s the way I’m going today. :scratchinThen, think i might actually tape that one to the ring finger to try to restrict the movement. Otherwise, I’m fresh out of ideas lol
Healing prayers going your way. Hopefully buddy taping will help.

What a great way to spend Thanksgiving - especially since there are only 3 of you!!! I always say - the more the merrier.
We almost always spend thanksgiving with them. We usually have a bigger crowd though. It’s been great since we don’t have family close by. I’m not sure I could handle holidays with one of my family members though.

And another yay, that rain is coming later today, into tomorrow and Wednesday
We are supposed to get rain tomorrow. I just hope it’s enough to make some difference with the fires.

How come those 50’s housewives managed to do it with full makeup on, hair in place & in a fancy dress & heels?
If you had make up artists and stylists you could do it too.

I suppose I should get back to work. I really want to get into my car and drive to anyplace that isn’t here.

Oh Charade, I hear ya with smells. There is two people in the building I work in, you can tell they had gone by the hallway, as choke smelling that perfume or cologne. Don’t blame you for wanting to get away from where you are. Hated when we had that forest fire smoke come into where I am. With you, in glad it’s a shorter week. And payday Friday for me, so fitting, I guess. lol

I’m so ready for lunch time. Getting closer. Asked little one what wanted for lunch. Says soup. That’s fine with me. Cooler feeling day. But bright enough out, sunglasses ready for my walk. And my lightweight winter jacket. Ooh heard the last trash truck go by. Will drag those cans back when I first go out for my walk.

Keisha, yes, hope mountains won’t be bad when they pass thru your area. They make it a two day ride. Stay the night, just past the middle of our state. As both retired, they haven’t been around for Thanksgiving for years now. Too busy traveling. Luck them.

Ah little one has made her appearance.

Good morning everyone :wave2:

Hope you can graduate out of the boot at the pace that works best for you.
Thank you Mac.

Oh, Robo, never easy to loose a loved pet. Sending hugs to your son and family. Glad you are enjoying your cup of coffee. Tea in my mug. And yeah, we don’t have lights to hang, but I did ask DH to put our huge lighted wreath on our front door. Hope foot gets better enough, less boot use needed.
Thank you Lynne.

I hope it continues to heal well and that transition out of the boot goes smoothly.

It is extremely sad to hear about Joey. It is amazing how much their presence makes such a huge difference in our lives. I hope that the memories you all have will him will comfort you and your family in the coming months.
Thank you Pumpkin. Joey has always been a sweet little dog. He will be missed.

today, I plan on starting to pull stuff to pack. Tuff with the pinkie, since the spot is at section where it joins my hand. the movement is causing it to keep repeatedly breaking open & seeping. TMI, sorry lol.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your finger healing. It sounds like leaving it open to air at this stage and it drying and cracking and continuing to break open and leak is not good. I would give it a good clean out with peroxide and apply some Triple Antibiotic ointment and cover with a soft dressing or bandaid and change daily or as needed to see if this will promote healing, You have nothing to loose by trying it.

I remember many years ago an old surgeon told me Triple Antibiotic ointment would heal anything. I‘am inclined to believe him as I have used it over the years for paper cuts, yard cuts, spider bites, burns, post op incision etc…and it has worked like a charm.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear. Heartbreaking:sad1:. Take comfort in the happytimes and knowing he absolutely is getting loved on, even more, at the end. Hugs
Thank you. I feel so bad for son and family. They do love their fur babies.

Oh, tons of :wizard: there for you! Did they tell you to wear a hard, supportive shoe at all times vertical for a month?

didn’t listen when mine came off in early August a few years. podiatrist had signed off on my birks being wonderful for me when it came to sandals. Wore them for a few days & my foot started to balloon, I quickly shifted my thot there And Into a tightly laced athletic I went.
Doc told me to transition out of boot over 1 1/2 weeks. In boot for four hours out for four hours. Then into sturdy slipper in the house. For outside I have a pair of nice NIke tennis shoes that feel good. I will transition back to wearing inserts again after 2 weeks. Goal will be to find a happy medium of support and comfort.

I tend to look like such a schlump when cleaning & cooking. How come those 50’s housewives managed to do it with full makeup on, hair in place & in a fancy dress & heels?

I wear comfy pull over knit dresses for house cleaning.….comfort is key.

Had lawn company arrive already this morning and blow out the sprinklers system. So it is now shut down for the year. It is pretty noisy when they do that. So now all quiet again.

We had a nice visit with son and family yesterday. Spent time petting little Joey and talking to him. He has been such a good little dog. We all have marveled at his resilience even though he is at his end. As soon as I called to him he came right to me. He received lots of hugs and petting.

I’am going to head up to my office and try and get my desk cleaned off. Then GI doc follow up appointment this afternoon. Have a few phone calls to make too.

Need to get moving.

Have a wonderful Monday everyone.

Sounds like you are having one of those darn if you do, darned if you don‘t days. Hope it gets better for you.

So sorry to hear that. Prayers for your family.
Thank you Charade.

It's Monday :surfweb: and it is the start of a new week. A short week for all of you!!!!!

I had a very uneventful evening last night. It ended up being a fend for yourself night last night. I cooked up a couple of eggs, a slice of toast, salsa and sliced avocado. We did videochat with dd an gd.

and third mug fill. Going to be a long feeling day
I feel you on this. I woke up and was out of bed earlier than usual - but I'm already petering out.
I tend to look like such a schlump when cleaning & cooking. How come those 50’s housewives managed to do it with full makeup on, hair in place & in a fancy dress & heels?
Same - hair tied up - comfiest yoga pants on with either an old cotton tank top or sweatshirt on. I don't look anything like those women. It was what med DREAMED how women should be - have you seen some of those old commercials and videos " educating" women on how to do things? Misogynistic mindset for sure way back then.
have every single present I’ve bought so far wrapped. :banana:the only New Year’s resolution I’ve managed to keep going This year.
That is amazing!!!!! I haven't bought one thing yet :sad1: But since we are probably doing a warm family holiday - there won't be much under the tree as we are paying for everyone to go - one last family trip.
The smell of the therapist’s coffee is really irritating my nose. I can’t go outside to get fresh air because the smell from the fires makes it worse. If that isn’t bad enough, a client just came to my window and he was reeking of cologne.
I have of those co-workers too. I finally had to tell him to NOT use that as it was triggering migraines. He is a toxic employee as it is. He got mad and would intentionally spray himself outside of my office. One call to HR took care of him doing that again. He now takes a wide berth around me. Some days I can't even stand listening to the guy. Sigh - getting off my soap box now. grumble grumble grumble.
I’am going to head up to my office and try and get my desk cleaned off.
I need to do that to my desk as well! It doesn't take long - it's just getting up and doing it!

Well, I should get going and shuffle around some papers.

Have a great day everyone!!!!

Good Sunday morning everyone :wave2:

We had a nice visit. It is so nice to see him. He is busy.

I think so.

Looks like you and your daughter in law had a wonderful time at he drag show.

Dinner looks yummy.

A lot of the stores around here are doing Black Friday deals already. I think Black Friday is not as big around here as it used to be as all the stores were having sales last year before Black Friday.

I don’t shop the sales typically. If I’am in the store and something catches my eye nice if not that is ok too.

Your welcome. Yes, those hand written recipes are special. I have a few my mom wrote down for me and I cherish those.

So nice you have your moms recipe box with her recipes.

Yep, that is scary.

Hope the weather cooperates for your flight Janet.

So good to hear you all made it safely.

Enjoy your lizard weather.

A rainy day on vacation is better then a sunny day at home.

Have wonderful time.

Say hi to the Minions for me.

Up with the chickens this morning. Sometimes an early morning is not bad.

I‘am enjoying my coffee this morning and the sun is shining.

Our weather has cooled a little. We are going to be in the low 50’s during the day and 30’s at night.

We are going over to our son and daughter in laws house today. Their dog Joey is 18 and he is going to have to be put down. He is not doing well and is having issues walking along with other things. We bought them sweet Joey when their other dog passed away many years ago.

I was praying little Joey would go in his sleep and they would not have to deal with the trauma of putting him to sleep. This is never an easy decision. It is not easy to let them go, but also not fair to let them suffer.

This is going to be hard for them especially for our grandson as Joey is his baby. So sad.

I remember when we went to the breeder and my husband picked Joey out. On our way to deliver him to the grandchildren I put him in my sweat shirt as he was shaking. He popped his little head out and I told him he was going to a home where he was going to be loved so much. He has been my little pal ever since. We are going to give him lots of loving today.

Our son said the Vet told him last year that Joey was getting close to passing. The Vet told him to give Joey what ever he wanted to eat. Joey loves cheeseburgers so he has been getting his cheeseburgers and enjoying them.

I have been slowly getting things pulled together for Thanksgiving Dinner. Everything is bought just need to cook it. My sister is bringing some sides and her famous cheese Ball.

I had an appointment with the massage therapist Friday and she told me she gets her Thanksgiving pies from the Pie Pan restaurant every year and they are delicious. So I decided to order a few and give them a try.

I‘am transitioning out of the fracture boot. Doc told me to do it slowly over the next week. So far so good.

Need to get back up to my office and clean my desk off and wrap a few more Christmas presents this morning.

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone.
Oh Robo, I'm so sorry about your families sweet dog, Joey. It is so difficult to face that situation when it comes. We had to put our special dog down because he was going blind, had trouble walking, and seemed to have pain in his abdomen when we picked him up. We suspected some cancer in that area. He was not happy anymore, so we did what we had to do. I won't lie. It was extremely difficult for me to do, and I am still not over missing him. He was "my" dog. He picked me to sit with and be with. So, my sympathy goes to your family.

I hope you have a good Thanksgiving with family. We are having 12 people at my son's house. I am bringing the dressing and sweet potatoes. It's such a rush this time of year, even without our trip to Universal on the 27th of November. Busy times.

My sympathies are with you and your family!

Hello homies
Sorry about not getting back on sooner but got some bad news last night.
My baby sister that was only 48 years old passed away from stage 4 cervical cancer and with only four of us siblings with money being tight are trying to come up with the money to lay her to rest.
So if you homies could say a prayer for us it would be appreciated.

I have to register monthly in order to get on the boards and post.
It’s only required when a person is a moderator.

Usually it’s a snap to reregister, but not this past time.

Finally am back on the boards and can post.

I keep telling myself if it takes more than 24 hours this time, will walk away from the boards.

Just took one last try for recertification and got approved!

Now I can post all I want…. well until the next 30 days comes up

Am here now and it’s all sunshine and lollipops for the next 30 days.

I find it frustrating when I can only read the boards and not post.
Takes all the fun out of it for me.

Now that I am back on the boards, need to venture out and go to Publix and find a turkey to buy.

We don’t want grilled cheese sandwiches for thanksgiving this year.

Yes, Mr Mac and I are laid back and shop at the last minute on holidays.

It’s just the two of us at home for all holidays.

Our offsprings are married and since we have sons, they go to the wives families for all holidays.

Not an issue for us as this was set in stone years ago.

My condolences to you and the family.
It’s really difficult to lose a sibling.

I have you in my thoughts and prayers as I know how tough it is to go through.
I went through it recently also so I can realize the pain and shock you are dealing with.

Hugs
😥

Janet,…..love the meme sitting like a lady…..lol……I do try to be ladylike, but doesn’t always work! My friends do laugh that I’d be suited for the 1950s as I do wear a dress at times doing housework with a full apron……lol,….I’ve stopped short of make up though but hair is always in place!! I’d have made a good 1950’s housewife, although I never do as I’m asked…..and Tom wouldn’t be the type of man they had back then, he’s far too respectful to women to be an ***!

Good job on the car price!

Charade, I couldn’t do pizza for breakfast hot or cold, but if I ”had” to, I’d do hot.

Robbie, that is sad to hear about the dog. And good luck with transitioning with the boot….

Ruth, this weekend is going to be lovely for your family, Thanksgiving then the party! Then you’ll be off!!

St Lawrence, I’m so sorry to hear about your sad news. To lose your sister so young is tragic. All good wishes sent your way for all of your family. Cancer is indeed a horrible disease.

mac, glad you got logged in again, seems to be a hit and miss for you.

Are we sure it’s November????

83F and it is GORGEOUS!!!!!

It is beautifully hot, Studios was fairly quiet this morning, even Potter wasn’t too busy! EP lines are short, Gringotts regular line was showing 50 minutes, we got on in less than 15 minutes from entering the building.

Had drinks and shared a salad at the bar in Finnegans then wandered around some more before coming back to get showered and changed.

Loving the Christmas music/decorations/atmosphere…….love it!!!!

Enjoying a glass of a salted caramel version of Baileys we bought for the fridge…….nice!!!

Club lounge later, then off out somewhere for dinner :)

Oh almost forgot, new Minion thingy……sucks!!!! Complete waste of 10 minutes!!

I eat a lot of cold pizza.
and do eat a lot of hot pizza

Tonight is Dominos for us.
But my order will be the Dominoes tator tots with a salad.
Mr Mac basically does pizza only.

Went to Publix for few groceries minutes ago and stocked up on a few supplies but not feeling the love to cook tonight.

Mr Mac said he will order from dominoes
I’m on team salad and dominos cheddar tater tots.

Days like this is normal for us.

It’s just the two of us and last minute meal decisions are normal for us.

A few months ago we decided to cut back on having full meals as we end up eating the same thing for 3 days in a row which gets quite dull.
and anything that has the basics of pasta/noodles usually is not as tasty on day 3.

We eat a lot different since it’s only the two of us
and I only cook full meals twice a week.

It works well for us but would not if we had family here with us.

Our sons don’t live close but whenever they do come, they prefer to order out southern style foods.
They love southern style meals over what the eat up north.

They do try to come for a visit every other year.
All of them have a busy work schedule and advancing in their careers.

Prayers to St L. Losing a sibling so young. I agree, cancer has taken so many loved ones to count. I am so sorry to read your news of her passing. Comfort and peace for you and your family.

Kids wanted stir fry. Bought chicken the other day, so chicken it is. Rice for those that want it. Just white rice, don’t feel like making it dirty,

One more time? This time quotes in triplicate came up. Think ive it in hand now

the mr decided he wanted to do Pop vs AS Mu our first two nights to ride the gondola to MGM. :confused3 he usually has zero preference Re travel. maybe the body snatchers got him. Was able to change it online at least. He’s happy, I’m happy.

client just came to my window and he was reeking of cologne.
Ew, cheap stuff smells the worst
don’t mind pizza for breakfast as long as it’s hot.
nope, must be cold. Lol. Unless, anchovy topping.
Healing prayers going your way. Hopefully buddy taping will help.
Well…i thot it was helping. Least I wasn’t banging it around as much.
I’m not sure I could handle holidays with one of my family members though.
I feel you there.
Keisha, yes, hope mountains won’t be bad when they pass thru your area. They make it a two day ride. Stay the night, just past the middle of our state.
That sounds like fun
I remember many years ago an old surgeon told me Triple Antibiotic ointment would heal anything. I‘am inclined to believe him as I have used it over the years for paper cuts, yard cuts, spider bites, burns, post op incision etc…and it has worked like a charm.
heard the same! one of my kids caught a glimpse of it today and threw a fit, insisting i get it checked.

called derm, not in office today.

family pcp nurse said since it was “surgical”, either original dr or ER had to look at it.

Called my insurance company, they concurred. said i could do tele dr for free first. that was a 2 hour wait.

DH took me to small, local ER.

dr deemed it ”infected wound”.

it’s official, I’m a dirty girl:rotfl:

i was chastised for using triple antibiotic on it Said the wrong sort. ummm, ok???

2 rx: bacitracin ointment and Keflax oral antibiotic

robo will catch this…

I’m allergic to the ‘cillins. Mentioned it to ER doc when he prescribed it. As in true allergic reaction as to breathing issues along with rash, etc.

The druggist flagged it, conferred with er doc. Determination: try it, just keep my epipen nearby jik I need it.

I’m going to be very annoyed if I croak;)

Goal will be to find a happy medium of support and comfort.
That sounds like a darn good goal for life in general!
I wear comfy pull over knit dresses for house cleaning.….comfort is key.
So true. I have several old scool, zip up house dresses/robes that I repurpose for heavy cleaning
there won't be much under the tree as we are paying for everyone to go - one last family trip.
That is a lovely gift IMO
He got mad and would intentionally spray himself outside of my office. One call to HR took care of him doing that again.
Um, this goes beyond passive aggressive behavior. HR should’ve sent him to anger management classes, at the very least.
It ended up being a fend for yourself night last night. I cooked up a couple of eggs, a slice of toast, salsa and sliced avocado. We did videochat with dd an gd.
That sounds like a lovely evening to me
Misogynistic mindset for sure way back then.
Oh, its still here, lurking in dark corners just waiting to pounce

Turkey goes in brine frozen tonight.
I’ve never tried brining a turkey. Have done pork & beef brisket.

Have a neighbor who deep fries a ‘tiny’ turkey now and again. Always waiting to see the fire dept pull up. The amount of smoke is wild
We had to put our special dog down because he was going blind, had trouble walking,
Aw, one of my favorites had a stroke & went blind, poor guy was terrified. It just rips your heart out to see them suffer silently
I am bringing the dressing and sweet potatoes. It's such a rush this time of year, even without our trip to Universal on the 27th of November. Busy times.
Yes, a real whirlwind isn’t it? You will look back upon it and smile.

i used to know the difference between stuffing and dressing. i make a couple of different sorts, this year just doing one of them, Hawaiian roll base my oldest DS fell in love with last year

GD just called and begged for sweet taters with those demon marshmallows. Not to be confused with the one I had settled upon. Will go back & look at the suggestions here. Thanks again for the help
Am here now and it’s all sunshine and lollipops for the next 30 days.
Whaaat? No rainbows and 🦄s?
Yes, Mr Mac and I are laid back and shop at the last minute on holidays.
Living on the edge!:rockband:

where’s an Aerosmith meme when you need it ?
83F and it is GORGEOUS!!!!!
Living the dream:cloud9:
My friends do laugh that I’d be suited for the 1950s as I do wear a dress at times doing housework with a full apron……lol,….I’ve stopped short of make up though but hair is always in place!!
another whaaat?

Well, i often do put my eyes on before i brush my teeth in the morning. Feel naked otherwise
Enjoying a glass of a salted caramel version of Baileys we bought for the fridge…….nice!!!
3rd whaaat of this post…i have a coffee & baily’s weakness. Never noticed the salted version. state store, here I come. like to have it on hand for coffee after thanksgiving.
Oh almost forgot, new Minion thingy……sucks!!!! Complete waste of 10 minutes!!
Well, i guess we didn’t miss anything our last three trips by missing it
Tonight is Dominos for us.
I’ve grown to enjoy the one that finally moved into our area. Consistency can be a good thing when it comes to basic pizza

Advance warning to those that want to try Dominoes tater tots.

Run as fast u can from that temptation….

If you eat them in your car once u buy them, they probably are really good.

If you wait until you get them home, just opposite.

Even nuking them is still not all that great, or it was a disappointment for us.

Well, I’m a cheap kinda person most of the time. We were Sports last time, Mu this time. Let me know how Pop is, Keisha. I used to get Pop under a hundred dollars a night. Did ride from Epcot round trip, just to see how they felt riding. Not a huge fan, but was okay after the first ride.

Full from dinner, time for tea.

Ah, at freezing this morning. Good thing that rain is not yet. Always go outside, after I get ready for the day, to toss trash, and see what’s going on quickly outside. When cool mornings like this, it’s a very quick time outside. When it’s raining or that white stuff, it may be just opening the door and stepping out for a minute. But yes, today, the rain cometh. My one app says 90 percent chance, my weather radar one shows a huge green, with little parts of yellow, streaky blob coming from the SW. Looks like it’s coming soon. Keisha already has light rain now, as looks like that streaky green spread of green is already across the west part of my state.

But must have been tired, mostly because DH goes to bed earlier and earlier, hence he’s restless and up earlier than me, most times. Though I can go back to sleep after I wake, on week day routines, I get up with him. Hehe, then I get that longer shower, and food a little earlier too. Hence tea still in my hand. Oatmeal for me, DH had a tomato sandwich. I think he might have finished off the oatmeal. Kids make their own breakfast most times, and by the time they do, hehe, two breakfasts for me.

And while Mac went to pizza place, and agree, fried items are not good after they cool off, today is Taco Tuesday. Yep,

IMG_2573.jpeg

The day to eat a taco or two from Taco Bell or wherever you have them.

As little one usually comes with me, our choice of eating out, while out, is almost never Taco Bell. If I was out with older one, much bigger chance we stop at Taco Bell. But as older one felt better yesterday morning, he will be out the door before lunchtime. And not home at an hour I’d say is dinner time. So, unless tacos are on our menu today, maybe not a Taco Tuesday for us.

And so, while eating a taco today, marvel that that turkey will be on the menu for many of us, in two more days. And if you want that marshmallow covered potato dish, stop by Keisha’s when she has her family meal. But today, have a most Terrific Taco Tuesday.

Good morning.
