Is your thought that the buses won't leave MK until they're full? Just curious, we may be in a similar situation. Who knows! Lol. Im hoping for enough to leave after the 1115 parade that it'd be worth it to leave at that time as well.
Quite likely the buses will be packed after the parade and after that until the party is over. More likely to need to wait in a line for a bus as opposed to waiting for one to leave if not full.

Our experience is that even on the rare occasion when buses are not full (mid-day) they don't wait long before moving to next destination.

I know this is going to sound weird but I noticed that the TOT candy included tons of those little bite sized snickers wrapped in the light purple/lavender foil wrap...when we unwrapped several of them we noticed they had that whitish film and they didn’t taste fresh and there were also the star burst wrapped in pastel colors we were wondering if it’s possible Mars provided some candy that was leftover from Easter. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Has anyone who has already been this year noticed if they brought out or uncovered the photo stands right at 4:00? Earlier? Later?

We were at the 9/02 soggy party, but still had a great time. I haven't seen this mentioned here, but early on Pirates went down for an extended time and guests had to be evacuated. We made it to the final scene with Jack and his treasure and then just stopped. After 10 - 15 minutes or so they let us know they were turning on the lights (yay!!) and CM's would be arriving. All in all we were very fortunate as we were one of the first boats evacuated after about 30 minutes or so. The CM's were outstanding - keeping everyone laughing and the guests just got into the fun. We got to do the exciting exit back stage (my Mechanical Engineer son's dream) and then were met with an impromptu Trick or Treat station. We did pass numerous Reedy Creek Fire Dept personnel back stage, so I'm not sure how long it took to get everyone off the ride or what was involved. It did open up several hours later.

All in all, in spite of the first parade being cancelled and the viewing of the Hocus Pocus show we chose being the abbreviated one we still had a great time. We loved the fireworks and parade (wished headless horseman had ridden but I get it). It wasn't the night we planned, but it was still a fun night!

it was out and uncovered both times I walked by it today (non party Wednesday) at 1ish and 3:30ish. No one was in it either time I saw it.

Yeah, definitely walked by this one on an MK morning and it looked fully accessible. The ones in the Stitch's Great Escape queue are party only, as that door isn't opened until then.

We attended MNSSHP last night and also the Tomorrowland Terrace seated dessert party. We did have a reservation at the Crystal Palace for 6:00 pm and decided it was just too hot to eat a heavy meal and would take up too much time especially considering we also had reservations for dessert party so I was able to modify the Crystal Palace for another day, The party was sold out but didn’t seem as crowded as the MNSSHP held prior to Covid where you could barely move. Last night you find space to watch the parade right up to parade time. You could move up and down on the sidewalks along Main Street even during the parade. Regarding the dessert party I have mixed feelings...the desserts didn’t impress me but it was nice to have a seat. But the roof blocked the tops of a lot of the fireworks. The other dessert party where you had desserts and then moved to the area adjacent to The Plaza restaurant would be a much better viewing location. we went to the Columbia Harbor House at 5:30 but it had closed at 5:00 pm. The bakery and ice cream places were open on Main Street. Casey’s was open all evening and so was Cosmic Rays. The TOT lines were long but moved really quickly and were really short and fast during the parades and fireworks. There was a surge of people coming back into Tomorrowland and Fantasy Land immediately following the fireworks but they quickly spread out and then by 11:45 the TOT lines were just walk thru and they were loading up people’s bags. the ride lines were not bad but then they were pretty good all day. Sooo we enjoyed the party and very glad we went. We do have tickets for a second party on the 11th which I bought hours before they sold out that day. I actually bought the tickets for a second night just in case our first party night was rained out. i was told that if tix were not used although there are no refunds you can still apply the value of your unused ticket to another Disney ev

Does anyone know if you can get the Halloween popcorn buckets starting at 4pm or do you have to wait till the party officially starts at 7? Thanks in advance for any responses.

Not sure if someone has already reported this, but we asked a cast member outside where Mickey Minnie meet how the queue for Jack and Sally works. She said to start lining up around 3:30. She also said the last few parties they started giving wristbands to guests already in the park around 3:30. She said the first few parties the bands were not given out until 4 for those in the park. Hoping they will be given out at 3:30 again tomorrow l. 🤞 she also said you need a wristband in order to line up.

when and where do we get the trick or treating bags? We won't be arriving until 6:30ish and wanted to make sure we knew where to pick one up!

Thanks!

Only 3 parties left and they’re all Fridays in October! 10/14, 10/21, and 10/28 are the last ones standing. I’m sure they’ll probably sell out by the end of this month.

When you come in, there's cast directing you to the right to enter the bypass behind Main St for your first treat and a bag. Very hard to miss.

Just don't go to main St to the castle, go right, and you're good to go.

Powerline Max replaced Zootopia Party Patrol, so if it is the same schedule, the Headless Horseman will kick things off, then Powerline and the parade.
Apologies if this has been covered - I don't have the mental real estate for an 83 page thread :P Does the HH follow the parade route, or just appear in a specific spot like Max?

ETA: From the pinned post at the top of the thread. It's LITERALLY the first line 😂 When will I learn?
"The Headless Horseman will ride his ghostly steed down Main Street, U.S.A. as a prelude to Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade,”

Just to be clear, the Headless Horseman doesn’t just ride down Main Street USA. He follows the entire parade route from Frontierland. Max only appears on Main Street.

I know it's been discussed to death but what time does Max come out, basically at the start time of the parade in Frontierland, or is it earlier than that time?
