I wonder what would have happened if you would have asked if the CL CM's could run over to the Poly and bring you Lapu Lapu's as compensation for the inconvenience, LOL?

Glad to hear the issues are fixed at the resort! No AC or hot water would be extremely unpleasant. Not exactly the experience you plan on. Unfortunately even Disney can't control lightening strikes but hopefully they handled it as well as possible.

Lol all my tracking says so far is shipped. Boo. Says leaving TN....has to come all the way up to NY. We will be at Disney on the 12th!!

Quick update- I'm feeling better every day. I no longer feel like I was hit by a Mac truck, now it just feels like a moped ran me over.

Still getting winded with normal exertion, but I want to start tackling the world again, so I know I am getting back to normal. I continue to take it easy per doctors orders, Mark's scrutiny and physical limitations. Thanks again to everyone for your concern!!!

Sounds like she would fit in well with our Beach Club Floozies Girl's trip in two weeks. Just leave her and your credit card at the resort and we will find her in two weeks. I'm sure she will have no trouble telling the CM's what she needs.

OMG, can you see all the happy drunk people, passed out from liquor and heat stroke, decorating the lobby while their children dance with the characters? People checking in would think they walked on to the set of Animal House 2, Beach Club edition.

I was kidding about Teena!Anyway, the Beach club has had mech. issues as well as staff issues ever since they refurbed the rooms, the rumor was lightening. How come other resorts didn't get effected.

We are 10 days out and my head is spinning with things I have to do and they aren't even trip related.

August/September is a busy time for us. I have to get my car inspected but I can't find my registration so I have to go to the DMV and get that before even getting inspected. I have to sign up DD for dance before we leave. I made the kids well child appointments and dentist appointments for when we get back. I did school shopping a few weeks ago. Bookbags are stuffed and ready to go. I have some last minute shopping for the trip. The kids need new sneakers for school. DD needs a trim. DS gets a haircut every two weeks and has me rearranging his appointments to go around the trip.

I decided to just take off tomorrow and finish up everything in one day.

Bet you guys had a fantastic visit!

She is so sweet! It was a brief chat but she was busy so I tried not to be greedy (I stole two hugs though). We came back in after a wonderful three hours at SAB and she was chatting with a family...maybe another DIS family. My kids well two of them were not on their best behavior this morning, promptly fixed with a most excellent breakfast. Cape may has a crepe station that they are trying out which was pretty nummy
