Secret Builders - Launch Today

I wanted to let you know after reading this thread, I wrote an email to Secret Builders and received a lovely response from the CEO.

I told them about how our community was built on the love of one game and how we are all trying to find the ability to have the community we had and the ability to design and build like we used to. I provided links to DIS, links to GPDOT's site, and to a slideshow I had made of my rooms.

In his response, he stated they were very familiar with VMK and drew inspiration from it. SecretBuilders understands the desire to build and stated that their focus is to give children the tools and the opportunity to be creative, and building is one of their plans. Of course resource constraints may hinder a little to make it happen quickly, but that is there goal to have the ability to build. They are pleased to hear we have been speaking so highly of it and are willing to listen to the input and requests that we may have.

I was sent a sneak peek of something to come within the next day or so. I don't want to spoil the surprise, but I will say that it's something to honor VMK (one thing you will be able to purchase). I think it's really, really sweet of them to do. Thanks SB!

It's kind of funny in a sad sort of way that all these other games we have come across have heard about VMK and are sympathetic to our plight. It feels good that someone cares and that they are making an effort to incorporate things into their games for us. Then there is Disney who has just kicked us to the curb.

You can buy and paint your furniture. You can buy it in shop under "Furniture Builder," or you can choose to color an item that you already have in your house.

Actually screct builders has come the closes to Disney I think. It reminds me alot of disney not really VMK. That I can chat with The Beast. Visit Alice in wonderland, do a quest with captain nemo. Maybe that is why I am staying around.

SecretBuilders has added a Miracle for Madison Fund to their OneforAll program on behalf of Princessmadiro.

Here is the message I received from them:

We've added "The Miracle for Madison Fund" to our OneForAll program which allows our members to raise money for various charities by answering STAR testing/Math/SAT type questions. For each correct answer they earn some money. This is the only section within SecretBuilders that is supported by Ad content and all revenue earned from that is donated to the charity of choice per our members.

Wow I was so touched when I saw the sign. And furniture we can buy I bought 15 rofl. Thanks secret builders that is just so kind and caring.

So touching that Madison is part of their charity giving that just warmed my heart.

Ok now where do we get the paint our furniture magic can not find it thanks.

I am one that does not like these types of questions. But for Madison I will work on getting them right

Don't know if anyone has found this yet but they have added a I love VMK poster to the stuff you can shop for and it is cheap too, hope all us ex VMK'ers will get one for our house!
