While the selection was not as extensive here as other food courts, we were very please with the morning offerings. We never ate here for lunch so we can not comment on that. We ate breakfast here on many days. The later in our stay them more we stuck to snack credits for breakfast. Choices included muffins, Croissants and yogurts.

DD10 early on learned of the waffle choices here and her favorite was the Chocolate Chip Waffles. Can you tell why?

I finally talked DW into ordering the Strawberry Waffles with orange whip cream because I needed a shot for all of you. She begrudgingly agreed to make the sacrifice one morning.

Along the same lines I got DD16 to order the Pecan Waffles with Maple cream one morning.

Early in the week I ordered the Bounty Platter - with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes and a biscuit and realized this is not the way to start off the day on DxDDP. It was good but kept you full all morning.

Both of the girls ordered the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Croissant Sandwich at one time or another during our stay. They said it was very good.

I was unable to find a picture of the Yogurt Parfait before we left for vacation. DW really enjoyed these and had them on most mornings.

Whose waffles look really yummy! Gotta try them the next time. Are they a new addition to the Roaring forks menu? I tried to look them up on the menu for Roaring Forks online but couldn't find them. Only found Belgian waffles at Whispering Canyon.

My family is doing deluxe dining for the 1st time later this month, and we are trying a few of the restaurants you listed. We have never tried any signature restaurants before, so this has been very helpful - excellent job!

Thank you all very much! Sorry I have been back to work and school has started so time is scarce. I so happy I could provide these to anyone planning a trip or reliving a previous trip. I was just showing them to someone last night on our 42" TV and I was even amazed at how good they came out.

I had seen someone on the boards here post a picture of the waffles prior to our trip but could not find anything as well. There was a thread either here or on the resort board that gave the full run down of them. I believe that they started sometime earlier this year.

I hope you have a wonderful trip and enjoy the deluxe plan and the signature restaurants. On our trip in 2009 we did not try any but after this trip we plan on skipping breakfast and booking as many as we can.

Well I only have a couple of pictures left from Boulangerie Patisserie. We stopped one afternoon for some snacks. Did not have my flash with me so these are with available light so they aren't that good.

Napoleon
What can you say. If you like flaky pastry and creamy filling this is heaven.

Chocolate Mousse
Very chocolaty and yummy.

Cream Puff
DD10 is a whipped cream freak and this is her ultimate dessert.

Apple Tart
Just to round things out and make sure we ate our fruit for the day we got an apple tart. Apples, cinnamon, buttery pastry, enough said.
