Where's Winnie the Pooh?

DD is coming down in a few days and wants a pic with Winnie the Pooh, I know he is in Crystal Palace but it's a senior trip and she has ZERO time to having any "sit down eating" I know he used to be in a "hidden" spot in Epcot, in England. Thanks for your help

He meets in MK next to his ride.

There was a period of time when he met in Epcot but now the only place he does a meet and greet is outside of the Pooh ride - and that spot rotates Pooh characters. Honestly though, if it's a busy park day the line would take almost as long as a sit down meal. YMMV.
