What is something that you want to do....

I've been to WDW countless times, but there are definitely lots of things I haven't done.

On my next trip, the new things I'm planning to do are:
--Drink around the world in Epcot
--Ride Soarin'
--Eat at a new (to me) restaurant in Epcot (for this trip, I have a dinner ADR at Rose & Crown)
--Ride Astro Orbiter
--Stay inside MK from rope drop to close
--Eat lunch at Columbia Harbor House (I've heard rave reviews of the lobster roll)
--Watch the flag retreat ceremony at MK
--Ride a new ride or see a new show at HS (for me, this means Star Tours or Indiana Jones)
--Eat at a signature restaurant (I have a lunch ADR at Hollywood Brown Derby)

I first wanted to encourage 1st 2 posters: Last year we wandered Wilderness Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed it. Also the Electrical Water Parade is wonderful!
We did Hoop De Doo Revue last year also - loads of fun!

I always want to try a different TS restaurant in Epcot. Now that I've been on Disboards, I want a nutella waffle at Sleepy Hollow.

Love this thread!
We are doing so many firsts this Nov.
- Adults only :)!!!!
- a night at AKL
- Food and Wine
- Keys to the Kingdom tour
- Behind the Seeds tour
- eating at Kona, Sanaa, Boma, Tusker House, Spice Road Table, Chefs de France, California Grill
- MVMCP
- seeing YeHaa Bob

We may find that ring to WDW without kids or grandchildren is the way to go:)

Oh man, I haven't even gone on my first (adult) trip yet, but I already have an overflow list of stuff we won't get to this time that we'll do on our next trip! ;)
  • Big Thunder Mountain RR (it's closed while we're there)
  • Any other rides we miss out on off our to-do list
  • Wishes fireworks (we'll see HalloWishes)
  • Wander around the resorts...we almost definitely won't have time for it
  • Not Disney, but I do want to take a day for Universal (primarily for WWOHP) :)

And I have no doubt I'll have many, many more of these after our trip. LOL!

I REALLY want to do the Wishes dessert party. (Planned for October!)
See the Goodnight kiss. (Saw it once in 2011 & almost saw it earlier this year, but they tricked us & did the MSEP instead :/)
Eat at Sanaa.
Keys to the Kingdom tour.
Stay at a DVC resort.

What's the Goodnight kiss?

I like this thread. It gave me a couple of new ideas :)

Does Sanaa have a happy hour menu?

New things I'm looking forward to in November :
-free DDP
-visit AKL and eat at Boma
-visit WL and eat at Whispering Canyon
-visit GF and eat at 1900 Park Fare
-Candlelight Processional (with Neil Patrick Harris!!)
-ride 7DMT and EE
-see Christmas decorations at resorts
-try as many new "must eats" from DIS as possible!

Future things to do:
-eat inside Cinderella's castle
-different tours (have only done Wild Africa Trek)
-stay at a deluxe
-not Disney-related, but I would like to go to Harry Potter world sometime when I'm in Orlando, but I can't get away from WDW!

I love this thread. I want to join in. I have only been to WDW once so my list is pretty long but we are going back next October so I hope to check some off.

~Wild Africa Trek
~Pick a pearl (wanted to do this on my last trip but didn't get around to it)
~RunDisney Princess weekend
~Stay at AKL/GF/Poly/BCV
~I want to do a solo trip just one time
~Drink/Eat around the World in Epcot
~Write in the Wish book (I used this one from someone else on here )
~Keys to the Kingdom
~This one is one I am planning for my Daughters birthday trip the summer before she starts school... Take Caitlynn to BBB and go all out. Then to CRT for dinner and wishes afterwards. Just her and I.
~Go to MNSSHP and MVMCP

Sorry, way more than one thing.

Look for hidden mickeys.
Eat more than just chicken fingers.
Be old enough to drink alcohol. (last time I was 20!! Ahhhh!! Carded!!)
Go running around the loop of the lake path at AoA/Pop.
Pin trade.
Mail postcards from the box in MK.

Future:

Stay on the monorail or Boardwalk/Epcot resorts.
Water park.
Dessert party.
Ride a fun ride at closing like Dumbo or Splash to see the view.

I want to go to the Animal Kingdom Lodge and get a zebra dome. The grandkids were too burnt out to take the extra time to go there after being in the parks. I also want to get a kakigori. I forgot last time.

I want to go to Trader Sam's.
I want to eat at Sanaa.
I want to ride the ride in Mexico. Everytime we've gone, it's been closed. Every. Single. Time. Dang it.

I know the first two are happening in January (first night there!!!!) The last, well, all I can do is hope. LOL

These are on my list, too but I hope to cross them off in November!

...on your next trip that you have never done at Disney?

I have a few, since we've only been a couple of times.

I want to go see the Wilderness Lodge.
I want to get a margarita at Epcot's Mexican pavilion.
I want to pick a pearl from the Japan pavilion.

What's something new that you're looking forward to?

Well, we're back from our trip and I did 2/3.

I did not see the Wilderness Lodge (the inside at least. We did do a Bass Fishing Excursion and fished next to the WL dock, so I got to see the outside).
I got the margarita at the Mexican pavilion, but it wasn't very good. The one I got in Disney Springs, however....
I got my pick a pearl. Pretty cool.

I want to get a silouette of my DD done in the MK and I want to visit the GF. It looks so beautiful in all the pics I've seen and I will finally get to go next month. I have a ressie for dinner then we will walk around and check the place out.

I eventually want to:

See animal kingdom lodge and eat at the restaurants.

Eat at Victoria and Alberts.

Go on my birthday.

Get a Duffy signed around the WS.

Stay at the Poly.

Stay the night in Cinderellas castle! (Yeah right)

I'm going next September with my parents and my husband. My parents took me to WDW a few times when I was growing up but it's been almost 10 years since they've been. My husband and I went last year. I'm really excited to be able to see them experience a lot of things for the first time. For instance, how have they never done Carousel of Progress, People Mover, or Hall of Presidents? o_O They skipped over a lot of classics all of the times we went.

For our upcoming trip, I'd like to:
- Eat at a buffet
- Resort hop
- See at least ONE of the country films in Epcot
- Take a tour. Behind the Seeds or Keys to the Kingdom would be great!

we have been many times and have tried to as much new as we can each trip last time was fishing at the epcot resorts but the one thing we always talk about and never do is mini golf and we play that every where else we go. hopefully we can get it in come January.
