I was down in our basement digging out an old photo CD when the doorbell rang. My first thought is Uncle Billy (my brother who has an on-the-road job and stops in occasionally to see us). Brookie runs to the window and says, "Not Uncle Billy." So I opened the door and no one was there!

Oh wait! There was a flat envelope on my doorstep from UPS. Boy that UPS guy ran outta there quickly!

Oh goody! I got mail!!!!

So, I slowly opened it up and ..............

My Disney pin ... even though I didn't fulfull my half of the agreement. Gotta love them Mills!

I was-she was born about a month later. I remember that morning of 9/11 exactly. I was walking down the stairs wearing my red maternity shorts with matching red & white striped maternity t-shirt. Why they make maternity tops with horizontal stripes I'll never know.

Trey was following me. The phone rang and I just let the answering machine pick up. It was Buzz and I couldn't hear what he was saying, but the tone of his voice was so odd. I knew someone had died. I called him back right away and he asked if I'd turned the tv on yet. I hadn't. I turned it on and stood there watching in horror as the planes struck those buildings.

It's funny how you remember things like that exactly-I remember when Princess Diana died. I was in the bathroom at a Deadwood casino (Kevin Costner's place). The door opened and a gruff, scratchy voice said, "Do any of these women know that Princess Diana just died?"

I came out of the stall and turned to my friend and said, "Did you hear that? That can't be right."
