Swan\Dolphin car rental counter

Can anyone tell me where the Swan/Dolphin rental car counter is located? We are staying at Boardwalk but will be taking the boat across the water to pick up a rental car for a few days.

No need to take a boat...it's a short walk over to the Dolphin, where Alamo and National have rental desks in the main lobby.

When entering the Dolphin from the Epcot side (as opposed to the Dolphin parking lot entrance) take the escalator up to the main level and walk straight ahead to the large rotunda. The rental counter is on your right kind of recessed a bit.

Also agree - don't take the boat. You'll get there faster walking and its not far at all.
