So I asked this a few weeks ago but it quickly got buried (which isn't a problem at all ) So I'm going to go ahead and ask again if you guys don't mind:

So I've never eaten at TS just QS...I'm trying to remember from the vast amount of information that I've read but I've got a few questions for the 3 TS ADRs that we've got:

1) Is the time you should be checking in 15mins before your actual reservation time? Or is it some other time before your actual reservation time (like 5mins before or 10mins before)?

2) Is it that you have to check in earlier than your actual reservation time or that you are just recommended to do that?

1 - yes, 15 minute check in
2 - recommended. Sometimes they'll ask you to come back at your exact time.

My husband decided that since I cant ride coasters we are going to send the kids (19,17 and 15) to DHS and He and I are going for adult only F&W crawl!!

Some of us are still in the double digits, but we are excited for you all.
We need some feed back from the single digit folks about crowds, weather, etc. Just a short note would be great since you are going to be getting your Mickey on.

@Mollymovacca @anitsa123 I can PM you my cell # if you want to meet up at AK on the 25th. ChiefM and brwnrss34 already have it. I just think it's so funny that 5 of us are going to be there the same day! Personally, I think we should assign a time and place to meet up. My schedule is really flexible. Like I said, I don't have any reservations or FPs at all that morning. My only definite is doing the old man walk/run to FoP at rope drop, and then I'd like to do Na'vi River while I'm in Pandora. Other than that, I'm flexible. Regardless, I'd really enjoy meeting each and every one of you. And we have to get pics together to post here!

On my dh's first trip in 2014 our ds was only 2 so we brought hubby's mom with us and she watched the baby so we could do the adult only f&w crawl. We had such a blast we always go around this time of because of crowds and our anniversary so we were able to celebrate just us and watch illuminations. It was awesome!

Ok....all the countdown creative people inspired me to do something....yet I'm not creative. So I've screen shot the MDE page that shows how many days to go each day and made it the kids PC background. The first day they didn't even notice....but it was fun when they did. In 1.5 hours it will switch to 3 days to go! Where all my first weekers at??

3 more weeks of work! I decided to take the Thursday off to load the hummer, gas up, etc so I can be ready for an early departure on Friday morning.

We are 6 days from departure day!! I'm scrambling to get the house cleaned, pack DH and manage something fun for DD's actual birthday this Saturday.

I'm late to the group, too! We leave in 7 days with our 10 kiddos! Been scouring the posts as I haven't had much time to get my questions answered. We are all so excited! It will be our first trip as a family of 12.

I knew better than to just go and be bombarded with questions later. They just don't understand why I have to work on everything so early. I love being able to tell them at this stage - NO, we cannot change parks or we will lose all of our FP's!!!
We kinda went over things a while ago and decided what park on what day, so I knew what FP's to look for. So at this point it's all tweaking.

I kinda lay down the law and make them feel like they have a say so ...lol. My plan is more or less to "tell" them what we are doing and come up with a plan for when everyone wants to wake up. I do NOT like sitting around all morning waiting. On one trip, my DH said he wanted to sleep longer because he had a headache. So I made sure he had Excedrin and water and I took the kids and went to Hollywood Studios (so he could have peace and quiet and get better). He met up with us around noon and felt great. If I had to sit around till noon.....ugh!!!!
A group of friends took a girls trip a few years ago. I heard stories about not getting out till after noon because they all had to do hair and makeup. NO way!!

I'm the same way. I go crazy if I have to sit around wasting time. We take each of our grandkids to Disney when they turn five and our second oldest tended to sleep a lot later than most kids her age...DH and I would make noise and talk loudly trying to get her awake! That was torture! haha! I figure I can sleep when I get home...

Oh man, my laptop was acting up and I haven't been able to get here for a few days. I would LOVE a BOG ressie. We've eaten there at least once every trip since it opened and we love it. But, we usually have really good luck walking up and getting a table, so we'll be trying that again. Thanks for the tip!

Sweet of you to ask! I'm trying to decide if memory maker is worth it. Since we have s large family, it's often hard to ask someone to take a picture of us. It just seems so pricey. I love the convenience of it though.

Def worth it imo.
