***Official December 2017 thread!

I have a solo trip starting December 2, then my three daughters, my son, my granddaughter (only kid actually teenager in the group), my sister, her wife, one daughter's best friend and my sister's best friend are joining me on the 5th. I am going solo at All Star Sports then we have 4 rooms at Port Orleans Riverside. We are doing MVMCP on Thursday of our week. We all head home on December 10th. Can not wait!!

Is anyone adding on the Express Transportation option? We already bought 150 in giftcards that are set aside just for this, since we can't book it ahead of time!! For us it's totally worth it, we are already staying on the monorail line, so that will make rope drop easy at most of the parks but we LOVE to hop and hop often so this was a no brainer!!

It's me and DS12, and we're at PVB. Also we're going to the Christmas party on 12/1
 


I am so jealous of the people going to the Christmas Party. We did it a few years ago and had a great night! Our Thanksgiving trip just isn't long enough with our Dream 3 night cruise in the middle and during our first ever Christmas week stay... All the special events will be available (and super crowded!)
This group keeps my excitement level up!!

Our current reservation is 12/10-15 at CSR with Me, DBF and DRM (roommate ;) )
Though, those in our party and the resort may change later.
Still deciding party date.

I totally forgot to tell you we are going to do 1 maybe 2 days at Universal as well. I am pretty excited to see a wintery Wizarding World! I'm thinking we will do 4 days at WDW then Universal. We will be staying at ASMu the whole time. Haven't tried any of the Universal hotels yet, maybe another trip!

What are the main reasons you go? We're going to be at the parks from the 19th to 23rd, so we could see the parades/shows on the 23rd, but the crowds also look crazy that day.

Yes! We added it on our January trip and it was amazing. We are park hoppers who almost never stick to 1 park for a whole day. My husband was skeptical (we paid for 7 days but only used it for 2) but he agrees it was money well spent. We did 4 parks in one day with a 14-month-old, which we never would have done without this option. Our goal for December is to make sure we have the schedules noted so we can make the most of it. I agree it is a no brainer!
 
Well, we went ahead and did it. Just bought our tickets for the Christmas Party on December 21st! We figured if it's not worth it we won't do it next time, but we might as well try it!

Next time you update, can you change me to the Boardwalk.

Eeeek! So over the past week I've brought up the idea of getting annual passes. Well my husband has gone full in. Today he called to see if we can do a trip during the 4th of July THIS YEAR. The planner in me is having an anxiety attack. He would like to do a quick 5 or 6 nights, no table service meals, and touring early in the morning then hanging at the pool. So a more relaxing trip then my usual hardcore touring.

Hello there. We'll be joining you all 12/21-12/30 at the Poly. Me, DW, DD & DS. Even though it was yesterday's question of the day I'll answer anyway. We're from Franklin, TN. Looking forward to seeing Disney at Christmas again. We love all the holiday decorations!
