Newbie here!!

Our family will be at CSR from December 10-17th. It will be me, DH, and DS (7). Then my parents, brother and his 2 kids and wife and other brother and his family. All total there will be 12-14 of us ( variance of 2 as 2 are foster kids and not 100% they will still be here in December).

We have upgraded to the standard dining plan. Really hoping for a meal at Ohana, BOG and 1900 Park Faire..... but with there being so many of us I know reservations won't be easy. And I'm the lucky one in charge of planning

some of us (including me) have bought tickets to MVMCP on Tuesday the 12th!

Half of us are coming for Midwest (Nebraska) and half are on the West Coast! Excited to spend time with my parents I only get to see twice a year!

We are in WdW Thanksgiving day...then a 3 night cruise in the Disney Dream... Then back to Disney for 2 nights. We are also in WDW from Dec. 27 through January 1. Since we can see the special fireworks and parade over the Christmas week should I bother to buy tickets for the Nov Christmas party? It would be less crowded... But will also cost a pretty penny. We have gone before and had a great time! But I hate to spend the money if we can see all those special events for free. What do you think?

Does anyone know when projected park hours will be released for December?

I just looked on the Official Disney World site. If you scroll over the Parks and Tickets tab at the top and look on the right side in blue it says "More Hours". Click on that then click to the right of today's date at the top and it will have a calendar you can pick the date on. As of today it is showing up to November 23rd. Everyday another day is added. It works out to be 10 days before the 180 day mark for ADRs.

Hello everyone! My daughter (8 y/o), my mother, and myself are doing a ladies trip to DW this December - arriving 12/02 and leaving 12/06, staying at Coronado Springs. We are only doing parks the 3rd, 4th, and 5th though. The other two are travel days, driving down! We are all obsessed with everything Christmas, so reaaaaaally excited about this!

Answering Question of the Day: I am from Southern Colorado.

I see some others are planning to see a Christmassy Wizarding Harry Potter too. I am staying at Cabana Bay my first four days and then moving to my timeshare for the final 7 days. Looking forward to the trip and enjoying the decorations at both Universal and Disney!

Flights booked! Prices were pretty expensive this far out (we used about 20k more Southwest points than I expected) but they price protect so I expect them to drop.

Booked our flights also. December 6-10. A short trip for my DH and I before my AP expires. Hopefully staying at OKW, don't have our room booked yet.

I have never flown Southwest, are they always price protected? I waited to book and of course the JetBlue flights I initially wanted are way up currently. Was considering SouthWest but have no experience with them.
