Michigan DIS Meet! August 17th @ 1 PM (update on pg 4)

Mid Michigan DIS meet is on!
We will be meeting on Saturday, August 17th at Battle Creek (Lakeview Square Mall) food court! I94 Exit 98 (mall just south of the highway).
Come one, come all!

Time to be determined. (Mall opens at 10) Looking for time suggestions!

From Ashley, OH to Battle Creek, MI it's about 4 hours but you need to understand that's driving like michiganders do

Elaine your looking at about a 5 hour drive from your house.

Dan you will have more than one Escort to DS I need a REAL DS fix BAD!!!!! personally the one at Rivertown is 5000 times better. They should have closed Kzoo one not one they did IMO.

The one on Michigan ave in Chicago but I only get to vist that one a few times a year.
My usual haunt is the one at Rivertown Crossings. I used to vist one at WOODLAND until they closed it.


The one in Portage/Kzoo is ok but I guess I never seem to find anything at that one.

The Disney Store is located in Crossroads Mall which is on South Westnedge Ave. Just use the South Westnedge exit off of I-94. I hope to be there.

My cell phone won't work in Battle Creek (it works but they want me to pay roaming and long distance charges, how rude--just that area too)

Thanks Kitty! I haven't decided if I'd go for a hotel or not. If this was done all during the day time and I didn't have to get there much before noon and could leave before 7 pm I could actually drive this in one day. I maped it out on mapquest and it was just about 250 miles and they say a 5 hour 1 min drive so I suspect it really won't take quite that long (based on how quickly I normally drive 100 miles). My cell phone will even work in Battlecreek as well as not having to roam for most of the drive. I did check that weekend and it looks good. I'll keep watching on what you all decide for times and everything and since I am nuts I might actually make this day trip
