That stinks! LOL I am normally a stalker of your reports and for the last couple of days, I have been looking for a new report. I knew it had been a couple of months since I read your last report and really thought there would be a new one. I finally found your November report again and read that you have nothing planned. I guess I'll just have to keep waiting and stalking.
But I can hope right?We had a bit of a late take off last night and arrived at the Pop around 8 or so. The parking lots were completely empty so that was a good sign, no Xmas decorations at all but the gift shop had lots of Xmassy stuff to buy.
We checked in smoothly and asked for a room that was ground floor and close to the parking lot so we could check out super early this morning, I was dying to get to the Poly!
I was really tired, had a headache coming on from skipping breakfast and lunch that day and all I wanted to do was sleep so not DTD for us that night. Plus DH was on call after call so I just gave up on our first night.
DH was hungry, me not so much so we went to the food court....the only line was for the pasta station. They had an Asian station, burger/hot dog station, sandwich station and pasta/pizza station. The Moms Dinner was a turkey dinner for Tue and Wed night.
DH opted for the cheesesteak wrap...it was gross. The meat was gummy and the wrap was stale and they put 3 slices of american cheese on it, not melted at all. He took one bite and pitched it.
There was nothing on the menu that "did it for me" so I ordered the Big Bowl Chicken Noodle...I thought this would be regular soup but it was an Asian soup and I hated it...too much lemongrass and way too much salt...it was like salt in a bowl! DH didnt like it either so that went the way of the garbage can too.
We both had bottled water..sorry, just a bad bad meal to report here.
I will say the CS at the Pop was packed with people.....but the only line was for the pasta and they did shut down one drink station at 8pm so the line for the only open one was crazy.
Our room was very clean but we have not stayed in a value for almost 6 years and I could not get over how dull the room was, super small, old looking and not much decor at all. Turbo flush toilets kept me up all night long, kids screaming and crying, doors slamming, I heard it all. THe beds were terrible, they creaked and groaned and were so small! I dont think we will stay there again anytime soon.
There was a bounceback in the room for 20% off values, 35% off mods and 45% off the Cabins...dates are 1/3 to 1/14, 1/18 to 2/11, 2/15 to 3/27, 4/11 to 7/1, 7/5 to 11/23 and 11/28 to 12/24
I didnt book anything then but I am glad I waited because in the Poly room today they had the same dates but 45% off for Villas and 40% off for deluxe rooms...I hope to book a spring and fall trip before we leave.

You cannot go wrong with CM for breakfast, we loved it! Sci Fi and Le Cellier are fantastic too. I liked Ohana but DH was not a fan. Teppan Edo, well DH could eat hibachi every night of the week if I let him LOL. 1900 PF was horrible, the food for breakfast and dinner was just inedible. 
OK I know this review was a year ago but I just read it and I am literally DROOLING!!!
We are going in October, and I am going to try to find that holiday sandwich, wow that is like perfection on a bun for me!
