Language on the shows getting a little too salty?

Yes. I absolutely love the Craig/Ryno/Oliver trifecta. They are really hitting their stride and have a great rapport.
I have noticed a few more salty jokes recently, sure, but I'm not bothered by them.

I've just learned when I listen to the trifecta I just reduce my salt intake from other places. Like low sodium saltines, or when I go to the movies I don't put salt on my popcorn cause I had enough from the dis

I've never been to Universal. But I was at Disney last year over Labor Day weekend. The crowds weren't too bad at all.

Who cares? This is not the local news broadcast - which by the way is worse in many respects. I wish they would let loose. They censor themselves very well. If I was on there, you would hear a lot of bleeps and bloops and even a black box would pop up from time to time. As probably was said before - we are adults, this is not the Christian Broadcast Network.

And since I am on a roll - what is up with the attacks lately on the podcast in here? Have we been infiltrated by a rival podcast? Are their agents amongst us trying to create chaos now? What is happening?

Deb and Panda have put out a campaign to destroy Pete's forums from the inside.

To combat this a select few have gathered to fight the powers of Mordor and crusade to return a holy cup of something or other to the realm of Pete's Palace hotel and casino. Why else would they put a Brit on the show?

So there is a women's yoga class right next to my bar and I think that adds to my ADD or PTSD or HIV, I'm not good with acronyms. Anyway I walk up to the guy and I says to him I says "you think you're something special" and you know what he says?He says I'm a troll.

Suddenly the gates of Mordor opened and 10,000 trolls came out to defend me, but I told them "I got this".

Later that night some of the trolls took me to play mini-golf and one had filmed the whole thing and put it on youtube. Now I know that troll liver does not taste any better or worse than beef liver. You live and you learn.

I know right? I leave the boards for a half a day and earlier tonight come see all these closed posts on the boards. Earlier today I think I read a quote from Pete that said,"Feeling generous today." I hope those messages don't put a damper on things. People need to think when posting. Posting with half a brain could cause the world to end. lol. Well you never know.

I think "salty" is being used by the OP as a synonym for "blue" language, but though it may have had an "adult language" connotation at one point, in current vernacular, "salty" is more "bitter" or "resentful," as in "It was just a joke; there's no reason to get salty."

I hadn't heard it in that context before. It's always meant 'adult' language to me. But, now that I've read it here I'm sure I'll see it in that context all over the place.

Let me make it perfectly clear that I truly love The Dis. The channel is amazing

recent posts are only to excercise my right to voice some concerns on the direction the show has gone

Because forum boards are essentially anonymous, the only real way to get to know someone is through their posting history. As such, the more you post, the more credibility you gain. as you gain a posting history, people come to know you.

As such, having a limited posting history and being negative both times is worthy of mention.

It's a reasonable vetting process. We give more weight to people we know. That doesn't mean you shouldn't post. It means exactly the opposite: the more you post, the more you're part of the community.

I just wanted to clarify want I meant by "salt" To me it refers to all the sexual references.

Although I don't mind it , some times it seems to get to the point of excess where I get uncomfortable. I m just being honest. I grew up in a household

with traditional values and to me Disney at its core should be very innocent and free of all the non sense we see in shows like the Kardashians.
