Review i have a bad review for a windsor hills condo

we have stayed twice in a condo in windsor hills and had no problems whatsoever. the owners also own another unit in the same building. my inlaws rented that one this time. and had nothing but problems. it was dirty. the sundeck was disgusting. when they arrived at 9pm at night after a long day of travel the suite had not been cleaned yet. they called the owners and were asked to change the bedsheets themselves????yuck. i emailed the owners pictures of the suite and didnt hear anything back. very disappointing.

This review is really not helpful without actually naming names. There are dozens and dozens of condos at Windsor Hills with many different owners.
