How much will your total disney trip cost?

2 adults and 2 adult children
Package deal LBV Best Western 7 nights, Trans Air tickets, and rental car
$2100
Tickets with water Park $1100
Food and Souveniers $900

Total $4100 spring break 2011

We've taken 3 trips so far,
1st trip in Summer of 2008 2 adults 3 children (1 under 3) we spent about $1600 for tickets, dining plan and 3 nights at POP, includes our tip and souvie money. We drove so about $200 in gas. No discounts (I was a newb!)

2nd trip June of 2010
2 adults, 4 children (1 under 3, 2 over 10) paid $3400 I think for 7 nights POR with dining, and tickets. Had free dining PIN upgraded it to regular dining plan (that was around $300 included in the above cost)
Gas around $250, tips around $200-300. Souvinears, not much I used rewards and the kids saved their money all year.

3rd trip Sept. 2010
2 nights in family suites @ AS Music. 7 people, 3 adults, 4 kids (1 still under 3) was around $350 I think. No dining plan, MNSSHP tickets and ticket for theme park for Grandma $450-500. We used our Give a Day Vouchers for everyone but Grandma. Ate around the world $200, 1 sit down meal $150 with tip. Gas and other groceries for the rest of our meals $400.

Next trip, next June. Going to cost alot because we are buying an RV  Guess that really doesn't count but one of the big reasons is so we don't have to get two rooms anymore since all our kids are over 3 now.
I have done rough pricing with no discounts for that trip, around $3300 for a week at the Fort with dining and tickets. My 3 older kids will all be in the adult price range by then. Hoping for a discount but if not I'm still happy!

We get non park hopper tickets and the regular dining plan. I'm might crunch numbers for APs next year BC we are planning a Christmas trip also, if I get daring I might crunch numbers using the TIW card instead of the dining plan. We shall see!

$1,434 for 3 nights at CSR with 7 day tickets (kids play free deal) and the QS dining plan.
$1,682 for 4 nights at the Poly with regular dining and using the 40% off rate.
$500? for gas. We don't usually spend much on souvenirs but maybe another $500 for tips and other things. Probably less.
I still need to decide if we are going to add another day to the Poly or book a night at one of the Universal Hotels too, so that will add some more to the bottom line, but as of right now that puts us at around $4,116.

Oops, forgot to say we are 2 adults, 2 children, and an infant.

Birthday Trip for my Fiance and I: May 5-14

Rented SS Studio Points 2 nights: $264
Rented AKV Kidani Savannah View 1 Bedroom 7 nights: $2178
DDP 2 Days: $184
DxDDP 7 Days: $1106
Flights: $570
Tickets: $788 (10 day WPF&M/PH)
Spending/Tips/Etc: $1200

Total: 6290

Hotel: Aug 2011, 9 nights, 2 rooms at Pop, one double, one king so the kids have their own space, they are 17 now so all of us in one room is really too cramped including regular dining plan and park hoppers for 10 days: $4400

Drive: We are planning to drive this trip (I know we're crazy driving from NS, Canada!)so thinking $800 for gas, $70 tolls, $400 for hotels, $200 for food. $1500

Universal: 3 nights onsite Loews Royal Pacific $675, 3 day park to park tickets $650, meals $300. $1625

So grand total is right around $7500 plus whatever else we end up spending considering we will have the car down there for the first time and I am sure that my teenage daughters will find at least one outlet mall and they love shopping in New Hampshire so I am sure they'll convince us to stop there so I can probably easily add at least $2500 to that total so summer vacation this year is a whopping $10000!

Wow! That hurts. I am actually looking forward to our next trip when it will just be DH and myself, should be much much cheaper!

September, 2011 trip.
2 adults.
Polynesian Resort, 8 nights, with DDP and 8 day park hopper passes: $3623
Southwest airlines r/t for 2 adults: $472
Total: $4095
Luckily for me, I'm also attending a conference for work while there which is another $585, so that brings my total up to $4680...but I"m reimbursed $2500 from my workplace for the trip....so my actual oop total is $2180.....not too bad for 9d/8n vacation at the Poly!!!:cool1:

September 2011

My family of 4 (all considered adults) and traveling with my parents and sister (3 adults)

Us - 10 nights at POFQ standard view, 9 day PH, free DDP - $3163.24
Them - 6 nights at POFQ standard view, 6 day PH, free DDP - $2146.17

Total - $5309.41

Then I am budgeting another $1200 for Gas (we are driving from SC), Tip, BBB, Segway Tour, etc.

My sister will be flying in from CA, her airfare was $360.80 round trip. She will utilize ME. Plus her budget of about $500 spending money.

I assume my parents will budget about $1000 for Gas, Tip, etc.

So all total, we are at about $8,370. I don't think that's too bad for 7 people at Disney World! Averages out to about $1200 per person all inclusive.

Here is ours for 2 adutls and 2 kids. We are doing OP 2 Ts meals so that is another 200.00 and MNSSHP tickets. We also need to purchase one water park ticket for my youngest. The rest of us have left over tickets.
Dates are 9/17 to 9/26

LOL!! Just thinking about the ads that Disney (used to?) run.

Only $1650 for 6 days/5 nights for a family of 4....

I'm pretty certain no one is even close to that (for 4)!

I think we are pretty close to that with the kids free promo we added the QSDP for a total of 2283.00. If the re release FD for 10 days my total will be 1920.00.

we are going in October this year, Halloween week. We are staying 5 nights at PO Riverside. There are 5 of us. the hotel, passes and meal plan ame to something like 3100 (give or take 100) and the plane tix cost 1400 yikes, but we just wanted to have them so we didnt have to worry.
We never usually bring a lot of spending money. The kids know they can get 2 things each, and then we have cash for tips, extra snacks, etc.

so I would say about 5,000 to 5,600 or so.

We aren't big price comparers, we don't really bargain hunt. We just pay normal price and just deal with it. We don't have the time or ambition to do so. I am sure if we did, we could find much cheaper rates, but whatever, I just want to get there.

:thumbsup2

Our last trip was the second week of December 2010

6 Nights @ CR (with 40% off pin)

Came to around 3600

Which if you split it up per person/per day really is a pretty good deal for Hotel, Food, Park tickets and transportation!!

I guess next time we need to stay longer so that it's an even better deal..... right!!?!! ;) :rotfl:

Still need to add on photopass and Universal Studios tickets for 1 day and transportation. Plan on taking about $1000.00 for incidentals, tips, spending. What ever comes back will go on credit card :dance3:

Didn't think that was to bad for 12 days of vacation.

930 total for airfare
1213 MYW park tix
649 DDP
1 BR AKL--DVC points 6 nights

We budget 3500 for everything every year. I do my best to "one up" myself each time. Did a decent job this year, no discounts though. Would def. look into doing a package to get free dining. Wish we DVCers got discount on dining, even it were only 10%.

Great question though, I have always wondered what everyone thought and spent or budgeted.
