Does anyone do a design like this?

Hi, Everyone. I hope that I am doing this right. I found this image on google/pinterest and was hoping someone could help me or possibly do this design. My family, friend, and I will be going to Disney World in November 2015 and I was wondering if I could get this design customized for our trip? Our names are Kathy, Sarah, Allison, and Charles (we all have different last names, so I don't think a last name would work). Could one ear say Walt Disney World, the other, November 2015, and our names for the large circle. I do like the castle in the middle, but if you have a better castle pic, feel free to use that instead; also can change font if desired. I hope the pic shows below, I have not done that before. Thanks so much for your help!
