RUMOR: Could Minor Enhancements be Coming to EPCOT's "Harmonious" Nighttime Spectacular?

While it is unlikely that the Walt Disney World Resort is planning on introducing major changes to the show in the near future given how new it is, there's a possibility that minor changes could be introduced sooner than we think.

This rumor stems from a recent test that took place on the night of March 3, 2022, when Disney Live Entertainment teams gathered around the World Showcase Lagoon after park close to review and test some of the pyrotechnic effects. Reportedly, the test lasted approximately 20-25 minutes in total, with pauses in between bursts to allow for creative discussion. During this test, a variety of 1.4G (smaller) fireworks were launched from some of the existing launch sites.

Of course, this could be simply a test to check product quality or simply to assess the safety practices in place. If Disney is actually planning on introducing enhancements to the show, we could get a confirmation during the upcoming D23 Expo
If so my $$$$ Is on Dos Oruguitas or Bruno being shoehorned in

Maintenance Work to Impact Select Areas of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort Starting March 7

Beginning Monday, March 7, a water pipe replacement to install permanent water lines will take place at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. As a result, alternate travel paths with designated signage will be available for Guests around the Hawaii building. This work is currently expected to be completed by mid-April 2022.

Beginning in mid-April, maintenance work will also take place on the beach. While Guests will be able to access the beach during that time, certain areas will be unavailable and will result in alternate travel paths. This project is expected to be complete by late May 2022.

I thought prior to Covid I always got daily cleaning at YC/BC?? Why are they going to every other day??

Disney Blocks Use of Personal Device as Datapad on Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser

Upon check-in, Disney is providing guests with an iPhone pre-loaded with the Play Disney Parks app on it. Cast Members that we spoke with said that the Disney-provided iPhones have a newer version of the app installed and that the current version of the app on the various app stores does not have all the functionality that it needs to in order to provide a full experience.

When we were at YC in Feb they "cleaned" every other day.

Last trip before Covid was Feb 2019 we stayed at POFQ and Sept 2019 at AK - Kidani, and they did daily housekeeping. My last YC trip before Covid was Nov 2018 and they did daily housekeeping.

Not sure why they are saying "every other day housekeeping starts..." when that's what has been going on throughout Covid.
