Cabana Bay Family Suites - Courtyard or Tower?

Which would you book for a family suite - courtyard or tower and why? Looking for pros and cons of each. Thank you!

We've stayed twice at Cabana Bay and had courtyard both times. We like the courtyard rooms. We don't book a pool view , because we normally have the curtains shut when we are in the room anyway and we find it nice and quiet not facing the pool. We like that we can be so close to the car (we always rent a car), and it's a short walk to the pools. We prefer the pool on the courtyard side, and it's very close to the walkway to the parks. We walk to the parks in the morning and take the buses back in the afternoon when we're tired. Even the furthest room in the courtyard is only a few minutes to the lobby.
We don't mind the motel style doors on the outside of the courtyard but some people do prefer interior hallways and if you do, you'll want the tower side.

Courtyard Suites have exterior access via an outdoor walkway. Tower Suites have interior hallway.

Towers are connected to main building with entrances near the food court.

Courtyard buildings are not connected so require an outdoor walk to get to the main building. But the walk is not far.

Courtyard has the pool with slide and kids' splash area. Towers have the pool, the lazy river and a hot tub.

Both outdoor areas have pool bars. Tower pool area also has a walk-up food window.

Both area have fire pits.

Tower area has an outdoor movie by the pool at night.

Both pool areas are great...just depends which you want outside your window. But it only takes a few minutes to walk from one area to the other.

Rooms at the far end of the towers are a bit of a walk to the main building.

Courtyard area is much closer to the walkway that leads to other hotels, Citywalk and the parks.

Until June, there is construction going on near the Towers, so the Courtyard buildings would be quieter.

We stayed in a poolside Starlight suite, Courtyard area, and really liked it. We are staying in this area again for our upcoming trip.

Hope this helps...

One more.

The window is in the bedroom of the Tower Suites and the living room of the Courtyard suites. That may be an issue for naps, privacy etc.
