Can you purchase the Disney Dining Plan if you are getting the AAA rate for your room or do you need to order a package (room and tickets). If you need a package can you still get the AAA discount?
You can get a package or a package with dining throughAAA that includes the discount on the room. This cannot be done through disney. Did it last year. Great little bonuses.
We recently returned from a trip with an AAA discount and the DDP. I saved about $350 on the trip by going through AAA, and AAA will also give you a couple of extras like upgraded parking, storytime in MK, and some discounts at DTD places.
