How likely is it to get a walk-in for Breakfast? I was able to book a dinner, but the breakfast is completely booked for our 6 night stay.

Some questions on the character dining: For dinner how do you know you are booking the Character Dinner and not "regular dining"? Do you just choose one of the show seating times? Are you able to go to the buffet as soon as you are seated? Or do you have to wait until showtime? Thanks!
