"Even the Garbage Cans Have Flowers!"-A September 2016 Mother-Daughter TR!- NEW TR LINK 9/13!

The brat and beer look so good right now at dinner time. We thought FEA was cute as well, I also would never wait more than 20 minutes for this ride or most rides! We do enjoy visiting all the countries and shops in World Showcase. Your mystery pins are really cute.

We decided to scamper off to Test Track next!
I knew it!

Sure enough, when we reached Test Track, it was down for inclement weather approaching
Fake out! :p

The line for Orange Team was 50 minutes, but the Green Team’s side was only 5! Perks of being a wimp :thumbsup2 We were lead back to the debriefing room in no time!
You and me both, but every once in a while being a wimp has its advantages.

a Frozen Coke :drinking1 These are a staple for me in the summer, and are only 80 cents at my local gas station. But, I had never had one in Disney World and I really wanted to try it! My verdict? YUM YUM YUM!
The only place I've ever had one is Disney World, but it was good. I'm pretty sure it was more than 80 cents though!

We got a brat with paprika potato chips and a Schofferhoffer Grapefruit Beer to share!
Looks great. I keep hearing about that grapefruit beer in these trip reports. I really need to try it. Like you, I am not much of a beer drinker, but if you liked it, maybe I would too.

Now, however, it seems to be taken over by Frozen  We couldn’t even find our favorite, $10 Norwegian chocolate, Melkesjokolade!!
Very sad. I was hoping they would keep something authentic from Norway there. I got a nice little pack of cookies there a couple years ago.

We ended up really liking Frozen! First time we sat in the back, didn't get wet. Second time my kids had the front, with DH and I second row and the kids got pretty wet! :P

Some family members went around the same time as you and enjoyed the grapefruit beer as well! They then bought some at a local grocery store and served it at a family party. We liked it too!! :thumbsup2

Great update!:goodvibes

The grapefruit beer has turned into one of my mom's favorite things! Mom and I were also in the front on Frozen Ever After, which made it even stranger that she got completely soaked and I didn't get wet at all :rotfl:

That sounds so fun I'll have to check that out! We did some pictures after Test Track, and they didn't email them to me for about 7 months :rotfl:

I love Fanta Pineapple:thumbsup2

How was the Fastpass spot?

I have never ridden it either, and we're going to ride Frozen Ever After this next trip.

Same.

Haha, that's so random about the Test Track e-mail! I remember that one of our Spaceship Earth postcards didn't send last year either!

The FP spot for IllumiNations was ok, but I wouldn't waste an original FP on it! It was good because we got to sit down, but it was a really large area crammed with lots of people. I feel like we could have got an even better spot if we had just looked around World Showcase. We saw tons of open spaces in Morocco! Then again, getting to see it directly from the front was also really nice!

Sounds like such a fun time from Future World to World Showcase! I'm glad the ruin didn't ruin too much, except for not getting on Test Track :(

You were on a roll with your mystery pins! Trust me, I know all too well how addicting they are.

You know, I've never bought anything from Karamel Kuche  I totally need to change that in the future!

I'm glad you enjoyed Frozen Ever After. I really loved the ride but agree it's not worth such a long wait!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Yeah, Test Track is so high-maintenance! I feel like it's always down for one reason or another!

Mystery pins have become a new addiction of mine as well :) Hey, there could be worse things to be addicted to :thumbsup2

OMG, you definitely need to try something from Karamel Kruche!! They have everything from Werther's hard candies, to baked goods, to popcorn, to chewy taffy!! Now I'm hungry just thinking about it

Thank you!! If I remember right, you are from Canada, so Happy Late Thanksgiving to you!

Great update! Karamel Kruche is my favorite in all of World Showcase for a snack. I always go with the caramel popcorn. Although yours looked so good. Maybe next time.

Thank you!! You should definitely try it, he chocolate added a great touch popcorn::

I am hungry after reading your updates!
So, where was your mom sitting on FEA? I'm thinking one of the kids will have to sit there :rolleyes1

HAHA, this made me giggle :rotfl: My mom and I were in the front row, and she was on the left side of the boat!!

The brat and beer look so good right now at dinner time. We thought FEA was cute as well, I also would never wait more than 20 minutes for this ride or most rides! We do enjoy visiting all the countries and shops in World Showcase. Your mystery pins are really cute.

The brat and beer definitely hit the spot! This trip gave us a newfound appreciation for World Showcase; the attention to detail over there is astounding!! :earseek:

I knew it!

Fake out! :p

Very sad. I was hoping they would keep something authentic from Norway there. I got a nice little pack of cookies there a couple years ago.

Haha, I tricked ya! :thumbsup2 And yes, if I remember correctly, my Frozen Coke was about $4.00. But you don't get Mickey straws at the gas station!

The grapefruit beer was great! It still had a beer-ish taste to it, but the grapefruit made it lighter and was really refreshing in the heat. If you like grapefruit, you'll love it! It reminded me a lot of a Summer Shandy, if you've ever had one of those before.

Yeah, we were disappointed that it seemed to be all about Frozen in Norway. I understand that Frozen is huge and great to capitalize on, but I would have liked to see more traditional Nordic items as well!

Real Life Update!!!

Hello Disfriends! I’m taking a break from my regularly scheduled programming to share a few fun tidbits of my life lately!

First of all…

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
:butterfly

I know, a little late! I hope that your holidays were filled with love, laughter, and family :goodvibes Our Thanksgiving was a bit quiet this year! My grandparents always host Thanksgiving. They live about 20 minutes away from us, but we have family from all over the country and some people couldn’t make it this year. That being said, it was also nice to just have a smaller group, since that side of the family can get pretty loud at times :lmao:

My sister Haley lives down in Chicago and came up for the holidays, so it was great to have her at home. On Wednesday night, we decided to see a late movie, and decided on…

Moana!!

Oh my gosh you guys, WE LOVED IT!!!! I can’t say enough good things about it. The graphics were amazing, and both Haley and I adored the girl who voiced Moana. Her singing voice is gorgeous and all of the songs were so catchy! I also loved the storyline in general and I think it sends a great message to little girls :) If you’re on the fence about seeing it, PLEASE DO! My mom and boyfriend already want to see it as well, so I’ll probably be making at least 2 more trips to the theater ::yes::

Speaking of Haley, I am super jealous of her right now, because she is planning a trip of her own to WDW! Her and her boyfriend Ryan are going sometime this winter and staying at the Wilderness Lodge! What a perfect resort for the winter time, amiright?!

3C842C52-84D0-4B5C-9EDD-392A923E8384_zps81ggmwdq.jpg

Since she is a Harry Potter freak, they will also be spending two days at Universal. This vacation is for them to celebrate four years of dating :lovestruc I’m really excited for them, and I’ve been making sure to give them advice on FPs, ADRS, etc. They have ADRS at Le Cellier, San Angel Inn, Homecoming, Yak and Yeti, Whispering Canyon Cafe, Be Our Guest Breakfast, and Sci-Fi! All great choices :thumbsup2 I’m especially intrigued to hear about WCC and Homecoming. Those restaurants are right up my alley!

In other Disney news, I’ve taken up a new hobby: Disney thrift-store hunting!! For my job, I spend a lot of time at Goodwill looking for cheap children’s toys and books. While I’m there, I’ve found a lot of vintage/random Disney stuff! Now, it’s become my personal mission to start collecting all of the unique souvenirs! So far, I’ve found:

F4A9CF16-41AA-4387-988F-44A4A7172821_zpsxm8r5evy.jpg

This amazing CD! For only 99 cents! :hyper: When I saw this CD, I snatched it up as fast as I could and ran away with it! I still can’t believe what a lucky find it was. I love listening to CDs in my car, and this is perfect driving music. The first time I listened to this, I burst into tears in the middle of the freeway :rotfl: It’s so nostalgic and gives me a quick fix of Disney when I need it! I don’t remember the Tapestry of Dreams Parade, but this CD makes me want Epcot to bring it back!!

545D8565-AF76-4E18-A995-B7A35867307F_zpsevb6bpxu.jpg

Another great CD for only 99 cents! The Lion King was my favorite movie growing up, so I know all of the songs by heart. Once again, I always tear up when I hear Elton John’s version of “Circle of Life.” Other people in their cars must think I’m nuts! :rotfl2:

Another great souvenir that I managed to find! Talk about vintage! I’m not sure what year this mug is from, but it definitely looks more than 10 years old. It was only $1.99! It’s a good size too; not too big, not too small, perfect for a cup of coffee. It also has a handle, which is coveted now that Disney took theirs away :sad2: I love all of the random characters on this mug, like Figment, Aladdin, and Donald from the Three Caballeros!

05FA83B6-0D55-4FF7-8F33-8D2302658FA5_zpszaq8y8xm.jpg

Last, but not least, I saw this adorable Cinderella Castle toy! Sadly, I didn’t buy it, because I only have boy patients and figured that this is more up a little girl’s alley :cutie: But it was only $3.99 and was in great shape, with most of the pieces still with it! It was tempting, and the 4 year-old in me almost bought it for myself!

BD2CB0AD-5CF6-4601-9138-AE775D21EE5E_zpsel99vn4o.jpg

See? I wasn’t lying :) By the way, I looked up this toy on Google for kicks and found it selling on Ebay for $400.

:earseek::earseek::earseek:

BRB, ripping apart my entire house.

Before I part with you all, I have a quick tech question for the DIS! I’ve been trying to update my Chapter Links page for this TR, but I’m having the toughest time linking my posts! I’m able to post my links, but they all have these super long titles. I would like to just be able to say “Link is
here”, etc. Do you guys catch my drift?? If any of y'all have tips for this, please share with me! Your reward is virtual hugs and Snickerdoodle cookies :grouphug: (hey, it’s the thought that counts, right??)

That’s all I have for now, Disfriends! I should have a Disney-related update by the end of this week.

Ta Ta for Now!
:tigger:

Love the vintage Disney finds. For links I just type what I want, highlight it, and then add the link in. That way it says whatever you want. Usually I have to change the color of the link back to what I was using on the rest of the post too.

Great job scoring the vintage souvenirs! I would love to find a CD of the music played on the old Soarin' ride and the loop of music played in Future World in Epcot. Whenever I'm feeling down, I listen to those via Youtube and it's a great little pick me up.

I can't believe what some of my daughters' old toys are going for on ebay! Just crazy!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
:butterfly
I know, a little late! I
In the case of a Canadian like me, we celebrate Thanksgiving in October, so it's over a month late :p. Kidding of course. I hope you had a great holiday!

Moana!!
Oh my gosh you guys, WE LOVED IT!!!! I can’t say enough good things about it.
Good to know, I've read lots of positive reviews on it. I'm hoping to see it next week with DW and DD9. I'm actually away overseas working right now (I have this crazy job where I go away for a month at a time on rotation) but I'm heading home this weekend to enjoy December and Christmas at home! Can't wait to see it. I'm hoping DD16 will go to Moana too so it can be a family outing. She likes Disney but doesn't watch many of the movies for some reason.

Her and her boyfriend Ryan are going sometime this winter and staying at the Wilderness Lodge! What a perfect resort for the winter time, amiright?!
I have never set foot inside Wilderness Lodge but I am dying to see it. I think it would be awesome, especially decorated for Christmas. It's on my bucket list!

F4A9CF16-41AA-4387-988F-44A4A7172821_zpsxm8r5evy.jpg

This amazing CD!
What a fantastic find! I did see that parade once and I still think about it. I thought it was great and I especially like the music. I would love to see that parade again in Epcot, but apparently there were a lot of injuries to the performers because of the large puppet costumes. Did you know it was so popular that it was performed at a Super Bowl half time show? I'm not sure what year, but I googled it once and saw a video, so it actually happened.

Before I part with you all, I have a quick tech question for the DIS!
I'm not the most tech savvy (and I'm still waiting for a trip so I can do a TR :() but have you tried asking that question on the technical support board?

We were in WDW for Thanksgiving so I got a bit behind, but all caught up now :thumbsup2 I tried the Schofferhofer for the first time this past trip and I'm now a huge fan! Going to look for it here as we're hosting Xmas Eve, day, AND the day after so I want to have lots of alcohol choices lol.
I can't believe the picture of the line for Figment! DS11 enjoys it and we ride it every trip, but even over Thanksgiving I've never seen a line outside the pavilion!
The mystery pins are all so cute :goodvibes My boys collected for awhile but have since stopped; now their pins are displayed on cork boards in their rooms. I should start collecting them myself......
I also would love to know how's to get "HERE" highlighted to link to my reports! I'm so incredibly computer illiterate I have trouble getting my links to work every single time I start any type of report on here :sad2:

Ahhh, thank you so much! :flower3: I will try that now!!

Thank you! And I have the perfect CD for you!! I actually bought it at Barnes and Noble a few months ago and it's my absolute favorite CD that I have :goodvibes

It's called the Walt Disney Legacy Collection- Disneyland! Here's the link to buy it on Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/Walt-Disney-Records-Legacy-Collection/dp/B0106438AS

It actually comes with 3 CD disks, so you definitely get your money's worth!! The Soarin' loop is on CD 2! Also on CD 2, they have a "Honey I Shrunk The Audience Theme", which is in the Future World music loop! It's actually my favorite part of the loop, so I was really happy to see it on there. This CD collection is amazing and it really makes me want to travel to DLR sometime in the near future!! ::yes::

I'm glad you got to see Moana and enjoyed it! I definitely need to go see it!

What great vintage finds!

YES you'll love Moana!! It is awesome and reminded me of Pocahontas, Mulan, and Hercules all wrapped into one :hyper:

Happy belated Thanksgiving to you!! Seeing Moana would be an awesome family night! I tend to be really cautious about seeing new Disney movies because I get really high expectations, and I loved it!

The first time Mom and I stepped foot inside WL was this past trip, and we were FLOORED!! Haley and her boyfriend have never seen it in person, and I'd love to see their reactions when they saw the lobby, especially with that huge christmas tree! After we visited it, it is now on both Mom and I's bucket list. It even beat out AKL for me on "wow" factor!

Ahhh the Tapestry of Dreams music is amazing! And wow, I didn't know that it was performed at the Super Bowl, that is actually awesome :hyper: I'm going to YouTube it right now. This is why I love my Disfriends... always chock-full of cool information :thumbsup2

And I did look on forums at the Tech Support board and tried out some of the recommendations, but I didn't have any luck :( I'm hoping that @Raeven 's tip will do the trick!! Sending you good Disney vibes that a trip will be coming your way soon :earboy2:

I hope that your Thanksgiving trip was amazing!! Heading over to read your new TR now!

The grapefruit beer is a perfect drink to serve over the holidays! Although, being from Wisconsin, beer is always acceptable for any occasion in our family :rotfl:

The lines were pretty crazy on the Sunday and Monday of Labor Day!! Since we've been to WDW over Spring Break, it wasn't terrible, but we were definitely spoiled with the low crowds in Aug/Sept 2015. These crowds were more on-par with our Memorial Day trips!

My pins are on my cork board as well :goodvibes I was so excited to start collecting them; the "mystery" aspect really got me pumped to see which ones I got! Getting one pin a day on a trip is a tradition that I will definitely keep!

Day 3: Part 3- “Hey Donald, You Are What They Say ‘Off The Cob.’ You Know, Corny!”

Hello Disfriends! Where I last left off, Mom and I had just ridden Frozen Ever After with our FPs and had decided to continue our journey around World Showcase. Next stop: Mexico!

960CEB9F-47C7-469B-AA50-C41FE6FAAABD_zpserdb622n.gif

For some reason, Mexico in World Showcase doesn’t give Mom and I warm and fuzzy feelings. It might have something to do with the fact that on our first trip, our family ate at La Cantina De San Angel for dinner. It tasted great going down, but at about 3 AM, my sister barfed everything back up on the hotel bathroom floor :crazy2: Needless to say, it was not pretty!

But, Mom and I wanted to give it another chance! We were still not sold on the food, but we wanted to look inside the pavilion! We go to Mexico almost every year during the spring, and love the culture, bright colors, and friendly people :beach:

00763E94-BA25-49FF-8275-F90ED8A61A40_zpsihac1273.jpg

Well, the inside of the pyramid didn’t disappoint!! We loved that they kept it dark in there, and all of decorations looked very authentic. It reminded both of us of “El Mercado” in San Antonio, TX! Plus, the souvenirs they were selling were spot-on. You could probably find all of that stuff in downtown Playa Del Carmen or Cabo San Lucas :)

Since we had never even been inside, we knew that we needed to ride the Gran Fiesta Tour! I remember reading a TR (I think written by @nilla perhaps?) that called this ride the “Mexican Small World.” Completely true! We thought that this ride was really cute, but probably one that we would only do every other trip.

On our way out, we checked out the menu for the San Angel Inn. At this point, Haley had been mentioning that she was thinking about booking an ADR here for her winter trip, so she asked us to take a look when we were at Epcot. We texted her right away saying that she should definitely book it! The ambiance is awesome and we loved how you could see the boats from the Gran Fiesta Tour while you ate.

On our way out of Mexico, we realized that we had done a complete loop of World Showcase!

7D61C17A-E6A4-4605-AEAD-27C8C3D00AF0_zpspwsb3upv.gif

Of course, with all that productivity comes hunger! We found ourselves back at the Showcase Plaza, and the smell of Jofferey’s Coffee Shop pulled us in. I had been eying up a certain snack since we first arrived at WDW, and now was the perfect time to try it!

3615E0BB-FD97-4E92-86C8-B0B1748002D5_zpsexwifu5n.jpg

(not my photo, but I loved the hipster-ness about it :goodvibes Credit goes to: Adventures Right Outside the Yellow Door)

A Joffrey’s pink donut! Just call me Homer Simpson! I also got a water with it, because I’m soooo healthy :rotfl:

And….. the donut was really disappointing  It was the only pink donut left, and was partially smushed with the icing all melty. I think that the earlier rain made the cart really humid, and the humidity melted the frosting and made the donut flat. I ate about half of it before calling it quits and chucking the rest. Talk about crimes against pastries! :sad2:

My sadness didn’t last for long, because Mom and I were now approaching one of our favorite Disney rides: Spaceship Earth! We had to ride this one again, since the camera wasn’t working on our first day and we wanted to send a postcard to my dad!

After a 15-minute line, we were on! Mom and I had our faces all ready and coordinated when the camera flashed, and we were so excited to see our photos. But, today must have not been our day, because the camera didn’t work AGAIN :sad1: Wah! No matter though, Spaceship Earth is an amazing ride even without the camera feature, and we still had a great time touring through the decades :hippie:

We played around a bit in the dump shop after Spaceship Earth, then made our way towards the Art of Disney to have a look. Looking in this store makes me so happy but so frustrated, since I’ll never be able to afford anything in here! GIVE ME ALLLLL THE DISNEY PAINTINGS! AND LIGHT BOXES! AND CASTLE STATUES!!

When we were in Art of Disney, I quickly peeked at MDE and noticed that Test Track was back up! Wahoo! It was an hour wait, but we still had about an hour and twenty minutes until our ADR, so we could just make it. We approached the line, but just before we got in the standby, I noticed something…

Wait, Single-Rider time is 5 minutes?!?!?!

Being the loving family that we are, Mom and I didn’t give two craps about riding Test Track together! We just wanted to ride it, period! Well, how can you beat a 5-minute line?? We passed all of the people waiting in standby and practically ran through the queue.

That’s right, it was a walk-on! Ahhh, I love this ride. The fast part at the end really felt intense this time for some reason! I rode with the cutest little family who we actually bumped into a few more times on this trip! They were staying over at the Poly, so we shared some bus and monorail rides with them :)

Mom and I met in the dump shop after our rides, and, you guessed it, jumped straight back into line! The only thing better than a 5-minute wait for Test Track is riding it with a 5-minute wait twice in a row! This time, the ride briefly broke down during our ride. My mom managed to get it at the seatbelt check, but for me, it kept starting and stopping right before we zoomed outside! I rode with a young couple who was on their honeymoon. At the end, I turned to the husband and said, “Whew, I was getting a little nervous when it broke down there!” He looked at me and said, “Wait, that wasn’t supposed to happen??” :rotfl2:

After we met up again, Mom and I briefly considered riding again, but we figured that we’d better start heading back to World Showcase. We had some souvenir ideas in mind and we wanted to make sure we bought them before our dinner ADR.

On our way to WS, we decided to duck into Mousegears for a bit to look around. This store always reminds me of rain! On both our 2013 and 2015 trips, we took shelter in Mousegears from a torrential downpour!

While we were in Mousegears, I reached down to get my phone out of my fannypack. When I looked again, I realized that one of my Mystery Pins was gone :sad::sad:

C716D1FB-544E-47A1-8524-6453CC9C2EF6_zpslpacmejd.gif

It was my purple Minnie Mouse one, the first pin that I had ever bought :(

image_zps3ef0gxar.jpeg

I was devastated and practically kicking myself for not knowing better. I remember reading in @TheLittleKatie 's 2014 TR about her losing her Steamboat Willie pin because she had it on her backpack strap. I even made a mental note about it while reading too!! AHH!

Well, I saw the same mystery pack in Mousegears, so I decided to buy another pin. Even if I didn’t get the same pin, I’d still have one from that series. And…

YOU GUYS. I GOT THE EXACT SAME PIN!

I literally almost cried at the cash register! It was one of the most magical moments of the trip  I guess the Disney Gods really wanted me to have that Minnie Mouse pin! The CM working the register was super cute about it and so excited too.

With high spirits, we finally made our way over to World Showcase. Even though our dinner ADR was in Canada, we bypassed it and went straight over to England! We both decided that this was our favorite country in WS this trip. All of the shops and souvenirs were very quirky! My mom ran in quickly to buy a souvenir that she had been eyeing up for my dad.

E77733B3-BA50-4CD5-89AA-9F4904F4E211_zpsg5ppz7my.jpg

An authentic hat and a golf gift set from the St. Andrews Golf Course! My dad loves to golf; in the summer he probably golfs about once a week! Plus, Rose and Crown is on Dad’s Disney restaurant bucket list and he also loves the whole England area of World Showcase! We knew that he would get good use out of this gift and would appreciate that it was British.

While my mom was paying for Dad’s gift, I used my MagicBand to buy something for myself…

image_zpshgyyfm2w.jpeg

OH MY LANTA! Cadbury Creme Eggs are one of my favorite candies, and I always hate that you can only find them around the holidays. When I saw these earlier, I knew that I had to come back and buy them eventually. Even though our ADR was in 15 minutes, I ate one right away because vacation. ::yes::

It was so yummy! They remind me a lot of the Girl Scout Cookies called Peanut Butter Patties (or Tagalongs, depending on your state). But instead of peanut butter, the filling is marshmallowey, vanilla frosting deliciousness! 10/10 would recommend :thumbsup2 I kept the package in the room and they served as a great midnight snack after hitting the parks the next few days!

You’d think that after all the sweets I’d just consumed earlier today, I would be in a sugar-induced coma. But nope! :rotfl: Mom and I were hungry for our dinner ADR and started walking towards Canada.

We stopped for this photo op, which ended up being what I chose for our introduction pictures :cutie:

Pretty soon, we approached the doors of Le Cellier, ready to chow down on some steak! But wait, that girl sitting down on the benches over there looks familiar!! :earseek:

I'm glad you guys got to get on Test Track, and twice nonetheless!!

On my recent trip the Spaceship Earth camera wasn't working either :( And I've read a few other reports saying the same. Such a bummer!

Oh my gosh how lucky that you were able to get your Minnie pin back! It was fate!

Ohhh those Cadbury eggs look good! Mental note for the future!

We're eating at San Angel Inn in a couple days!

Yay for 5 minute waits on Test track and getting the same pin again! Boo anout the camera on Spaceship Earth though.

Can't wait for your Le Cellier review we're eating there in May!

I love all the stuff you've hunted down at Goodwill- what a fun idea! Those British chocolates are always so delicious!

I used to feel the same way as you about the Mexico pavilion, it just didn't excite me at all. But then I tried an avocado margarita and I liked it a little more. Then I had another one and liked it even more! Then last month, DS11 spent a lot of time checking out the (ceramic) sugar skulls and ultimately buying one, as they had made some in art class. While he did that I looked at all the other things they sell there, and took a good look around the pavilion, and it's really growing on me :)
Awesome about TT! I'd totally do any SR line, not caring about riding with my family lol! But neither of my boys are willing to do that yet and when it's just DH and I he likes to ride together. I guess I should be happy about that, right :sad2:

We ate at San Angel Inn in October and loved it, we had the best waiter! I have had the big pink donut at US and it was really good, sorry yours was a bust. I love the phone booth pics of you and your mom, so cute. I'm glad you got your Minnie pin again yippee!

We were super excited because we thought that we wouldn't be able to get on Test Track :) But ahhhh, that stinks about Spaceship Earth! That's one of our favorite parts of the ride :( When our whole family went a few years ago, my sister made a hilarious face for the picture and my dad almost peed his pants laughing!! :rotfl2:

Have so much fun on your trip!! I hope you have lots of pictures of the Christmas decorations!! :goodvibes My Le Cellier review is coming up next!!

Next time, I'll have to try the Jaffa Cakes, since I've heard so much about them from Katie and other British DIS-ers! And thanks! It makes looking for work toys a bit more exciting :) I'm still hunting for the perfect vintage Disney tee!

We'd never even been in the pavilion, we were so grossed out by the food! :rotfl2: Those avocado margaritas sound so interesting! I love avocado but I'm not sure I would like it in a drink... I'm assuming the margarita has tequila like all other margaritas?? I don't like tequila, but if it had rum, I would try it in a heartbeat :thumbsup2

Haha, I'm totally in the same boat as you! Although I believe that there are some rides I wouldn't like to ride alone.... Splash Mountain, Tower of Terror, and Peter Pan's Flight being the few I can think of!

Hmmm, I should put San Angel Inn on the bucket list for future trips then.... ::yes:: Thank you! I love donuts, so I'm hoping that it was just an off day and I can try one again soon! And yes, getting back the Minnie pin was one of the best pieces of pixie dust I could have gotten!
