For all of you worried that Happily Ever After won't be a good replacement for Wishes

This was wonderful. We are so excited for this summer. Our kids loved Wishes so it will be hard to top but I think Disney did. Thanks for posting.

I can't wait to see this show!! We are going in August and I am going to try soooo hard not to look at any videos of the whole show so the first time I see it will be a surprise.

I'm with you 100% - I hate spoilers, so I wouldn't watch Frozen, 'new' Soarin' or Rivers of Light. So glad I didn't!!
We're on the way home now after 10 nights at Disney and the three new attractions were a huge hit with us. Light crowds so we got to SB Frozen twice and Soarin' several times, ROL twice (FP's).

And for those of you worried that it won't contain enough pyro/fireworks...do not worry! Here is a video found on YouTube that someone took during the pyro testing. No shortage of fireworks at all!

Okay. I take back all of my griping in the other thread now. LOL! Those are some gorgeous fireworks! I watched the entire video like a wide-eyed little kid!

I've always wonder what it's like to be at a nearby resort when they are either testing a new show out or releasing fireworks from a show that got canceled? Don't they do that in the wee hours of the morning (between midnight and dawn)? Seems like it would wake folks up. Not that I'd mind. I'd happily go outside and watch. I mean shucks, I was in the bathroom of our room at the Coronado when the old Star Wars fireworks finale made the building shimmy a bit, and that's nowhere near as close to DHS as say the Contemporary is to MK or Beach Club is to Epcot.
Just something I've always thought about. I love fireworks. :)

Thanks for posting the videos, OP. I think I'll love the new show. Count me in as another who is quite happy to see Tink will still be flying.

oh it's pure speculation but it's based in how half the fireworks aren't in the star wars fireworks show anymore.
there's a reason why there are not a lot of fireworks in the new SWaGS show.
Happily Ever After will be amazing, lots of fireworks and 18 minutes long. I'm sure you will enjoy it

I am a huge fan of Wishes, but I think this show is going to be far superior in quality. I am so excited about this show now.

We were at BC when they tested Star Wars fireworks at HS June 2016. We got a voicemail in advance saying this was going to happen (explaining time starting, length of time, noise). I'm not sure I'm remembering this correctly but I could swear it started very late - maybe even midnight (definitely was after park closed). It went on for about 30 minutes! (Apparently they test different angles/views, several times, to get the staging how they want it.) It wasn't just a final run (as we watched the official version for many days after that). It was awesome - we had a balcony room with a great view.

How cool!

I keep watching this video and crying. Wishes gave me lots of great memories, and I'm glad I got to see it again (three times!) before it ends, but this video is reeeeeally making me want to start planning our next trip!

I did a bad thing and watched the video of Frozen! But ROL, Happily Ever After, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and the new Pandora rides will all be new to us so I guess there will be enough surprises lol I just need to maintain self control and not look at these.

Are you referring to the Star Wars that debuted last June?

Correct, I'm not comparing to the original in your face version with a different name. Slowly the show get quieter and quieter but when rogue one footage got added, the fireworks dramatically reduced. Just recently there was a fire element added and even more fireworks came out.

Ok we were there the first day the Star Wars showed. I thought it was wonderful. I just wondered how much it had changed.

The music is great. Can't stand the singers or lyrics. Not a fan of projection in place of fireworks, either. The viewing possibilities are much more limited with this projection show.
