"Official" Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party 2016 - Have Yourself a Very Mickey Christmas.

We are a family of 4, and we have an ADR for 2 at 4:40pm, which is perfect, but another for 2 at 6:20pm, which I'm kind of bummed about. I would like us all to eat together at the earlier time, so we're going to go to BOG as soon as we get in at 4pm and see if we can all eat at the same time (the earlier time). Somehow, I doubt it since it's a party night, but I'm really hoping! I've been checking multiple times a day for an earlier time with no luck :-/
You know what? I don't want to get your hopes up, but... If you ask really really nice AND are there a bit early, AND maybe willing to wait a bit past your first ADR, I will say they probably will seat you.
Good luck! Sending puxie dust your way!

Is it still a good idea to go to the late parade? I am still trying to figure out when we should do 7dmt. Also if we do the later parade how late do they close the queue for rides? Also considering doing the Mickey's Most Merriest at midnight? What time do they really start pushing you out of the park? how long can I linger on mainstreet and do shopping?

It almost seems like we should get a good spot for the Frozen Holiday and then stay there for the Parade and Mickey's Most Merriest and Holiday Wishes. Then we would be free for rides from 10:30-12?

Otherwise this is my first try at a plan:
4:00pm Enter
FP 3:30-4:30pm Splash Mountain
FP 4:30-5:30pm Big Thunder Mountain
Haunted Mansion
FP 5:30-6-30pm Jingle Cruise
Pirates
Photos on Main Street
8:15pm A Frozen Holiday Wish - Castle Lighting
Space Mountain
Tomorrowland Transit Authority
Buzz Lightyear
Philharmagic
dumbo
7dmt
10:00pm Holiday Wishes
10:30pm Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration
11:00pm Holiday Parade
11:35pm Tomorrowland Christmas Show
They don't push you out fast. We shopped on main street til probably close to 1 am!

If I plan to watch Wishes, then Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration, then the parade, what would your advice be for finding a good spot and what time would you do it? I am nervous that all the good stops would be taken for Wishes from people watching the first parade or do you think they will disburse? Would I need to find one spot or is it better to find a good Wishes stop and then change for the show and parade? I know I need to be close to see the stage show but I am now thinking I might be better off watching the show at a different time. Decisions, decisions.

My favorite spot to watch wishes is the plaza gardens. You'll have a goodish view of the stage show from there, though the best views are closer to the castle.
About how early do I need to show up at the gardens to grab a spot there?

Thanks! We actually lucked out today and snagged a 4 person ADR at 4:25. So now I don't need to worry--we'll all sit together :) I'm feeling SO HAPPY about that!

Where is Kenny or someone else posting about early meet and greets? I could not find it on his site but above someone mentioned a few that are starting before 7.

Can u line up without Christmas party ticket? I have a ticket just curious if others try to line up knowing they will. E done prior to party?

Question for those whom have been attending the park lately, can you confirm this statement made by WDW PreSchool website, that there is a performance of the Frozen Holiday Wish Show at 6:30 too?

Look for suggestions on how long the wait is for my list of MUST DO & Wanna do Characters:

MUST DO
1) Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater
2) Santa Goofy near Barnstormer

Wanna Do (IF time allows)
1) Scrooge McDuck
2) Nick Wilde & Judy Hopps
