How can they tell its you opening another account?
I'm guessing they banned the IP address if she can't use anyone else's info.
they track you by your redcard. you can get another redcard but if its in your name they still flag it.
Me too, although I NEVER used to shop at Target and now I buy a lot from them. We will see how that pans out. For those of us that plan on doing less through Target.com, is the plan as simple as bringing our physical Target gc's (purchased through eBay), to a Target store and purchasing eBay cards there? Just want to make sure I'm not missing a step. We will lose ebates or similar by doing this.Will we lose anything else?
That will be my plan going forward. I will go very slow and easy ordering Disney gift cards from target.com. I will bring my target gift cards that I bought from ebay to target to buy more ebay - to cut down the $ going through target.com. But, even before I do that - I am waiting to see if I get anymore ebay promotions. I already have a few hundred in ebay ready to go - if and or when I get a promotion.
Thanks for relating this indecent, I assumed if the package wasn't received someone was liable and you would be reimbursed by one of the parties. I never gave it a second thought but we routinely get other's mail delivered to our mailbox. I would hope that I would eventually receive it if it was delivered to the wrong address but who knows. I have mail delivered from addresses across town (although usually an address in the neighborhood or the adjoining subdivision). I wonder if there is a way to request UPS so I can confirm tracking/delivery to the local store? Otherwise I may up my orders to meet the UPS delivery requirement.
Just wondering, did you place any orders that did NOT include eBay gift cards? Any orders of just normal stuff? Thanks.

Someone will probably respond with an answer to your specific question but one of the reasons it is so difficult to keep everything straight is because there are usually more than one correct answers depending on the many unique circumstances. I read and read and read and also found myself lost in the midst of not only the changes but available options so I started a journal in essence. Started taking notes and recording specific helpful entry numbers so I could go back and reference them for clarification. It's odd in that the process is not rocket science yet has many dimensions (kind of like the difference between 2D, 3D and 4D). My process has evolved completely, and continues to change. The experts that chime in make it look super (stupid) easy and like I said it is not rocket science but the fluidness of the process can make your head swirl. Anyway just wanted to let you know (and others) how I handle the overflow of incoming information. Good luck!
As soon as I get my mail, I will be using Ebates today. I regularly search/test shopping portals. Please post if you find any good ones.
