I agree. My dh & I talked about me calling back and letting UPS know. I actually called them twice. Called once and left the info, they contacted the driver and he said he left it 'next to the little table, up against the wall'...which is on my porch (and my neighbor does not have a table on hers). My dh was the one who pointed out to me that I got the same exact delivery yesterday so maybe the driver was confused. So, I called back and 'reopened' the ticket. They reminded the driver that I had the same delivery the day before and he still said that today's delivery was placed in that spot. So, I hate to get him in trouble...he is never very friendly anyways...but they basically told me 'sorry, nothing we can do, driver left it there on your porch', when he didn't.
I know, in the end, it was our fault that we presigned. I take full responsibility for being naive and too trusting. It's too much money to not be smart about.
