Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

I suppose I am missing something. When I try and enter my confirmation number it won't take the letters. I assume I need a different number, but don't know where to look for it. Any advice?

We arrive Sept 6, so I know I can't book yet but was wanting to look around at sight and get familiar.

Thanks

I am in the same boat! I have my confirmation number but I has numbers and letters.... Arriving September 13th and wondering if I will get an invite soon :(. (I have the package with the dining plan and I'm staying on site)

Go to post #2707 in this thread for good advice.

Reposting to hopefully help anyone else find the reservation # they need to book their BOG FP :thumbsup2

Here are a couple of ways to find it:

  • Login to the Disney website.
  • On the My Disney Experience tab, click "My Itinerary"
  • Scroll the calendar to your check in day.
  • On the page, place your cursor on the line that says "View Reservation Details" and right click.
  • Scroll down to "view page source"
  • Then I used the "control F" feature (just hold down control and the F key>it will bring up a "find" box>type in the word "reservationnumber" to find reservationNumber value and the 12 digit code that starts with 44xxxxxxxxxx.

OR, if you can't find it like that, I was going into my account to make a payment and found it there.

  • Log into your account on disneyworld.com
  • Hover over MyDisneyExperince till you see the options
  • Click on My Reservations and tickets
  • Under "Disney Resort Hotel Reservation" you will see your reservation details
  • Click on "view details" at the bottom of the reservation details
  • A box will pop up that will show more details on the left and your travel party avitars on the right.
  • At the top right under "Reservations for X", you will see "balance due (due by XXXXXXXX) $x,xxx.xx USD Make a payment"
  • Click on "Make a payment"
  • Now, look at the URL web address.
  • It will look like this: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservation/resort/44XXXXXXXXXX/payments/

This (12 digit # I have underlined) is your reservation number. It will start with a 4.

Hope this helps:thumbsup2

the second method worked you are a lifesaver :) :) :)

I have two separate resort reservations and would like to make two BOG reservations. MDE is only recognizing the first part of our trip and not seeing the second reservation.

Is there a way to make another reservation? I would cancel the first for a second one but I'm not sure I would be able to secure one and don't want to have none.

The dates are only as far as August 20, the date we check out from our first leg of the stay. Are people seeing dates past August 20th right now?

Thanks for any help you may provide :)

I think you could try using a second, separate Disney user name (a new one using a different email address, or an existing one for another person in your party) to log in to the BOG site and tie it to the second resort reservation number.

Neither are working for me. Any other suggestions? Thanks

I may have missed this somewhere in the thread so please forgive me if it has already been answered :goodvibes

To anyone that has booked recently, what time does the BOG FP open up?
Is it midnight EST like the ride FP?

Not sure if it's as early as midnight, but I booked at about 2:30am (7:30am here in the UK).

As no one else has volunteered, does anyone mind if I create a FAQ for this subject in a new post, and we get this thread closed with a pointer to the new one?

Andre

Great Idea Andre, thank you for handling that.
I think a FAQ on the 1st post with all this great info would be fabulous :thumbsup2

so im about 50 days out, found my reservation number and all days are showing nothing availabe. am i out of luck on getting a fp+ for the dining?

You are too early, you can only book a FP+ for BOG lunch about 28 days before you plan to dine there.

I think you're too early. Try again 27 days before you want to eat there.

Sorry, I meant neither way to get my reservation number worked for me. I have a Disney res# with letters. I paid off my balance so the 2nd method just keeps saving updating info. Is there a 3rd method to get the 12 digit #?

That would be fantastic, Andre!! This thread is constantly full of people asking the same questions over and over again. I know its been suggested a few times that the OP make the first post an FAQ, but your suggestion would be even better!!

Thanks for your help. I tried that and used the second resort reservation but it is only giving me dates for during the first reservation.

During the first leg of the trip I am alone with DS. It's the second part that I would like to take the rest of the family to BOG. Is there a limit of how many people can be on the reservation? We are a party of seven.

I don't understand why this isn't working?
