Viggle App: Get rewards for watching television!

Starbucks is their #1 reward and is restocked quite often, but they get snapped up fast. iTunes is now a limited time reward- you only see them offered every couple of months, and they don't last 24 hours. They have been doing a much, much better job of restocking their rewards catalog as of late.

Thanks for the info. I know that itunes has been gone for awhile. Is there a way to tell when it will be available or do you just have to keep checking on Viggle? I was hoping that Starbucks wasn't going to turn into a limited one also.

Used to get Target when I first started Viggling and that one's no longer either.

I absolutely love this app and have earned so many gift cards from here... Also won a couple of small sweepstakes for Viggle T-shirt and other merchandise. Its a great app... Since I have sunscribed to Viggle Boy, I have been earning maximum possible points on Viggle. Viggle boy sends me an email with the daily schedule everyday and I just follow the check in times mentioned on it to earn all the bonus points for the day. Details about all quests, quizzes and tips to earn extra points are mentioned on the website and emails... Its the best way to earn most points on Viggle...

Thanks for the tip on Viggle Boy - I wasn't aware of that! I used to follow the threads on Slick Deals but gave up a long time ago. I've used Viggle since the very beginning and of course it's changed since then, but it's still "free money"! It's just harder to find the time for the pay off but we keep going.

Still an avid Viggle user here too - we just cancelled our DirecTV subscription and went to Roku, so I'm using my Viggle points to pay for Hulu+. So far it's worth it!

Double check viggle boy with what it says on your device...I've noticed that Viggle adds more opportunities for bonus points frequently either after he posts (or that he misses). But it does do a great job of organizing when to check in

I know Viggle and I think is a great app, but what about the same concept of rewarding associated to a simple thing to do?
I've seen a lot of apps borning right in these days about "rewards to do something", the last one is Playbonus, I've found their website and I think it will be huge.
They opened an early access page yesterday.

What do you think? They have also a nice url playbon.us

well, here is my question. I transferred all my data from my old iPad to my new iPad Air yesterday and can't get Viggle to check in for any tv shows. I cleared out the old iPad thinking it was because I had too many devices but no change. I have contacted Viggle support and have not received word yet. Anyone know if there are settings I need to change or just what???? It did transfer all my points and history but just cannot record any new shows for points. Help, please!!!!!

They have been having issues with check in's all week...I wouldn't worry about it...(I could check in and my mom couldn't then it would switch)...they say they are working on it. If you can log into your account you should be fine, just don't bother trying to check in until tomorrow, they've had quite a few bugs this week and you'll save yourself frustration.

There’s been some Viggler’s expressing issues with not being able to get Viggle to recognizes shows via audio, since upgrading to Apple’s iOS 7. The issue is most likely your microphone being disabled. Here’s how to quickly fix that:

Go to:

Settings
> General
> Restrictions
> Microphone
> Viggle ON

I am gonna give this app a try. Got it installed, but when trying to check in it doesn't match my show. Guess I will try again tomorrow. Is this the same problem you all are experiencing with your inability to check in?

Just updated and logged on for the first time in probably more than a year to viggle and I am seeing the rewards section looks much different. Particularly, there is only 1 gift card available and it is from 1800flowers.

Am I not seeing things correctly? Do I need to wait for them to reload? Are the days of free gift cards gone?

I am newer to viggle, about a month, but they recently sent an email that they were working on restocking gift cards. The one you mentioned is all that has shown since I started.

Viggle seems to be in a bad spiral with the gift cards. They take FOREVER to restock these days (like a month or more), and then whenever they do restock, people have accrued so many points that the cards are gone almost immediately. I have tons of Viggle points and nothing to spend them on because I haven't happened to be on the app during the 30 minute window when desirable cards were posted and then sold out. Based on how they are currently handling things, I don't see how their supply can ever catch up to the demand.

I know a lot of people have predicted the end of Viggle ever since it started, but this issue seems particularly problematic to me. If I was just getting started, I wouldn't waste my time until the reward situation gets fixed. And I wouldn't hold my breath for that to happen.

Oh yeah. I've received LOTS of Best Buy & CVS cards in the past. But that was back when they restocked them regularly.

If you are going to be watching the TV shows anyway, then I guess it is worth it to give it a shot. But be aware that they have been VERY slow to restock in recent days which makes it hard to get a card since Vigglers have plenty of points to spend by the time they do go up.
