Just thought it was worth mentioning to my fellow savers: Walmart's new ad match policy (They now match BOGO offers if the ad lists the other store's price) and Walmart's coupon policy (Did you know they allow you to use Catalina coupons from other stores?!). They are apparently trying to get back into favor by allowing more price matching, coupons, and putting items back on the shelf they took away a year ago.

I'm updating my coupon binder with Walmart's new policies.

Those Catalina coupons are always confusing to me. The reason is because most of them say "manufacturer coupon" on them, just like all other coupons. But off the to right it will say "redeemable at such and such a sstore". Which is typically the store you got it at. But I've done the self check outs with those coupons at "other" stores, and they always get accepted. It's the clerks that say no, but if they just go ahead and scan it it will go through.

I've heard that Walmart is loosing some of their clientele now that they say the economy is turning back around. So I guess this is their way to try to keep some of the customers they gained.

We have a fairly new store to our area, it's been here about 2-years. It's called Winco. Does anyone else have it? I'm loving it. I think it is based out of Boise. But the prices are really good, and they have different products.
