I was so looking forward to see some cruise food, and so far it looks good! Tom liked the sea-bass and I would totally love the lobster ravioli!
You picked the one dessert I was SO interested in ........ the Esterhazy cake!
Being this is a Austrian-Hungarian speciality (from the time when Hungary belonged to Austria) and is usually a hazelnut meringue, baked in individual sheets, then they are sandwiched together with hazelnut scented pastry cream, topped with sugar icing and the typical chocolate marking.
I am so looking forward to it, even though it looks different to what we are used to!
Tom got Mickey Ketchup too!
We had lunch at Tritons and our server served him Mickey Ketchup!
