WELCOME BACK (although I know you'd rather still be there). I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at CSR (sorry you didn't see "Glen, our alligator friend"). With more and more complaints about Pepper Market lately, I wonder if they will, in fact, change it to a buffet?

Anyway, glad you enjoyed your stay and that the kids loved the pool and slide!

Thanks you for all your help and advice on this thread Kathy! I don't think I would have gotten that massage if you hadn't mentioned it and I am really glad I did.

Also, forgot to mention, we did on line check in. There was no one at the desk when we arrived so we got in the regular line. A manager was asking everyone who was waiting if they had any questions. When I mentioned that I did the on line check in, he went in back and brought someone else out to the on line area and got us checked in right away. Our paperwork was all set and keys were ready. Total of about 5 minutes. I think it was about 1:30 and our room was ready.

Oh good! I love having a massage...it just helps with all that walking you do at Disney.

Yeah Kat, the PM wasn't really anything to scream about. When we go back, if it isn't transitioned over to a buffet, the only things we'll get are their wings and their pizza. Now those two were something to scream about! LOL Everything else was just so so and expensive.

I'm thinking maybe I should get a massage next time we're there! The comments look positive on this one!

Hi, Wendy. We've missed you. And I'm with you...I wish I was in a hammock by the lake too. It's done nothing but rain here for two days with more in the forecast for most of the week.

We will be going to CSR Thanksgiving day (7 months from today) and I just can't wait to get there!!!!!!! Anyway: I've been reading about the renovations and I was wondering.....Do any of you think the will be complete by then? I have requested the Rancho are (it just looks soooo beautiful) and it sounds like that might be the last to get done. It would be just my luck to be in the only building not yet complete LOL.

Hi, Laurie. The rehab is scheduled to be completed by October 09 so you should be just fine when you get there.

They should be done by then. As of right now, 2 of the 4 Ranchos buildings are already renovated.

As of now, all of the Cabanas are done (8A, 8B, 9A and 9B). Ranchos 6A and 6B are done. Casitas 4 is done, as well as the fourth floor of Casitas 1, 2 and 3.

This leaves Ranchos 7A and 7B and the remaining floors of Casitas 1, 2 and 3 as well as Casitas 5. They are starting on Casitas 5 after the current convention that is coming in leaves (they need all the rooms now for the convention and regular resort guests).
