Lol you kinda freaked me out...Df would have fainted if I told him the minimum was $15,000!!! I think that is for Fri/Sat! And you are right about getting to keep my bouquet...but you made me think of something else.

My mom has this wonderful little leaded glass box that her dried bouquet sits in. I have always wanted one...but if I do silk then I can't.

Yeah I am not to good with the minimums especially since I went above and beyond much to the dismay of my husband. but hey we had the money for it and we decided if we are going to do it, lets do it all the way. I love the feathers for the dress. Its a very classic look.

I just caught up on all the fun details from the weekend!! I absolutly love the second dress on you! Stop it witht he 15lbs...you look perfect, and I agree with Sam...MUCH better than that model . I really love the idea of the feather and bird cage! You're going to look so unique and beautiful!

So my mom and I decided to spend the afternoon together and go shopping. We started at JoAnn fabrics and amazingly came up with my bridal bouquet and my MoH bouquet (I think!!)

Then we decided to stop in David's Bridal just to look...well before I knew it we were picking out gowns to try on!! I never would have thought they had an open appointment on a Sunday afternoon in April.

I didn't like most of what I tried on...too heavy or poufy, just too much. I was suprised since I would have thought I liked that kind. I tried on a beautiful new gown they got in with a pickup skirt, but I hated it!

Here is my 2nd favorite...I can't find a pic on their website...also this is from my camera phone. I had a bra on with boning under it, so it looks a little funny.

Then came this gown...OMG my jaw just dropped. It was amazing. I don't need a bra since it has one built in and it just fit me amazingly! I want to drop about 15 lbs but I still liked the way it fit. I would have NEVER tried this on because I hated how it looked on the model, but I am so glad I did. I also tried it with this awesome feather clip for my hair and was just in love!!

I obviously have more shopping to do but I think we need to rethink our colors. I am not thrilled with the idea of yellow if my dress is ivory. I still like the green and pink but am not sure.

Oh other big news, we decided on Randy Chapman for our photography. I am going to put down the deposit tomorrow

That second dress is beautiful. It fits your body perfectly already...imagine how fantastic it will look once it is fitted. I love the feather hair piece too. Very classic.

Disney's photography rule does suck. We are getting Randy for 7 hours; split up before and after, not sure on times yet. I am super excited that we will have him even if it's not for the ceremony.

I'm a little late on this, but the comb is beautiful also! Sometimes simple combs or headbands looks much better than wearing a veil.

Oh wow that will look amazing all together, and I saw you mentioned a birdcage veil. All 3 together would make you totally look like a 40's starlet! Great look!

Disney's Photo rule is so horrible, I literally just made it in (by like 4 days) to Atlantic Dance Hall with an outside photographer. Although I had a great experience with DPS when we did our E-Pics. Dean was our photographer and he does weddings as well and we absolutly loved him. I have also head good things about Ty, Amy and Regina from DPS as well

I saved for 17 months to pay for it!! But it was all paid for and I didn't have to worry!

The hair comb is from David's too! I was suprised because I would NEVER have thought to go there!!

My veil and comb came from Micheal's! I just took a tulle veil and attached it to the comb. Cost me $25 or $30 for both. Is that hairpiece ivory or can you get it in ivory? I think the a birdcage would go really well with the "old hollywood" style of the dress. Carrie also got something called a "fascinator" that is very close to that
