Has anyone come across any non flannel back satin Disney fabric? Specifically princesses, Minnie, or Mickey. The girls want their jammies NOW but I can't find any non flannel back and it's too hot here for that.
Thanks

I found these on :wizard: . They came from a seller in Australia.

The purple one has many different poses of Minnie and Mickey all over it. I plan on making PJ's whenever I decided that I want to fool with it again.

Thanks!! Those are great, I'll go look right now.

They are both great- Isn't Tie dye fun!! I really love mickey captain jack! You're really putting my Pirate BG outfit to shame.

Well here is the casual fairy princess so far:

I have make the "fluffy" skirt part and put a hook an eye in the vest part

And here is Logans Big Give outfit- It's not as fancy as I was hoping for but I hope he likes it.
ry%3D320

And a little something else for the Big Give #1

I think your pirate set is great! The Tink set looks adorable. I can't wait to see how it looks with the fluffy skirt.

I haven't seen any but I'll be making a trip to JoAnn's today and check. I might need to get some to use for Zoe because she always complains that she wants "matching pajamas" - basically pants/shorts and a top all from the same fabric. I guess my lounge pants and appliqued tee sets aren't considered "matching" even though I use the fabric from the pants on the tee. :confused3 You gotta love the logic of a 6 year old... :rotfl:

Oh holy cow!!! I just did a search and that's just what we've been looking for! I want to go wake him up...oh, but it's nearly 1 AM! I know where I'm going tomorrow!

Thank you so much...from me and DS!

I love the girls' outfits!!! That fabric is so cute!!!! And, I too love Lily's shoes!!! And, those are really neat looking pictures you have on your wall, are those your parents?

Yes, they are. I knew you'd notice! :rotfl:

And here is the pirate ship, it is coming along nicely a little more paint and it'll be ready for all the little pirates and princesses coming on saturday!
ry%3D320

Wow everything looks great! I love the lights on the pirate ship. It looks so fun!

The dress and skirt are so cute I love that apple fabric. I ave seen it at Joanns and everyt ime I try to convince Nik to let me make something for her with it ut she just scrunches her little nose ou.. UGH! Brat! :confused3 If I could figure out what I could make for me with it I would get it for me.

The outfit for your great nephew is so cute. I am glad the parents said thank you. I am very tempted to make a baby outfit for my new soon to be nephew but the problem is his parents ( my step brother and his wife) and so ungrateful and self centered and I hate how they treat their dad. So even though my mom thinks I should even make a blanket it just irks me how bad they treat my step dad whom I adore I just can't bring myself to do it. Not that my stuff is any good BUT when I have made a few things for my niece and my best friends kids I make it because I love them and it is made out of love but my heart just isn't into this one. Isn't that bad?

Any way it is so cute!

That is hard! I have a few nieces that I know would be so ungrateful I can't bring myself to make anything for them. It is true, you make something out of love and if you're not feelin' the love...

Here is the picture of the shirt I made for my best friends boys. The twins shirts are the opposite ones the older boy has the bigger one. Kyle's shirt I posted it is all the Mickey pattern. Right now I am making Nikki a twirl skirt using both the blue and Mickey material and I added a pink material since she is a pink girl!

I called Brother about my new machine and they were GREAT! They said just take it to my local repair shop and they will fix it no charge! YIPPEE! I just hope it won't take to long to fix....

They turned out great! And :cheer2: for getting the new machine fixed up! I can't wait to see what you do with it!

GOOD MORNING. A quick post before I star catching up. Here is the princess pillowcase top and capris I made for Hannah. I had to upsize the armholes which only went to 7 and for some reason when I look at the pants one leg seems longer than the other but when I fold them in half they match up...I don't have a size 10 model so...I am keeping my fingers crossed that it fits and the legs are the same length. :sad2:
But anyway, here it is...

I may give DH a call and see if he has time to stop by ours today. If not we'll head over there this weekend. I haven't been to Joanns in ages.

Aww, how sweet.

BTW...Who's used the wrap skirt pattern from YCMT? I know Glorib did for her fancy nancy. I am thinking of using it for Lily's minnie dot skirt but I need something that is going to sew up quickly, I have to do both of her outfits by thursday-so I can pack thursday night. I haven't bought it yet and I'd hate to spend the money (we are going to WDW fri;) ) and then find out I can't use it cause it's gonna take me 10 hours to put together. Ya know?? So some input would be greatly appreciated

I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! The casual Fairy Princess!! Anna, that is adorable!!!!!

I am sure Logan is going to love the pirate outfit!!! It's so cute!!! But, oh wait, a 5 year old boy wouldn't want me to say that, so it's very cool!!!!

Can I come over and play in your pirate ship??? It looks so fun!
Packed and ready...do I get a moving buddy this time...I was all alone last time!:goodvibes

BTW-
I updated my report yesterday.
I know Sally didn't have a moving buddy last time, so you can be hers!

That is really cute Tifani!!!! Good job! I think the pants look fine.

Hey guys, I'm trying to add everyone's trip reports to the bookmarks, so if anyone is writing or has written one, could you go see if it's there? I love reading everyone's so, I thought this would be a good way for me to keep track of them all! :woohoo:

Just send me an email or a PM if I missed any!

Thanks!!!

This mornings accomplishment!

Great idea!

Thanks for the compliments on the shirts. I had fun making them! all but the last one the material for the older boys shirt was awful! I hated it or maybe it could have been I was over making shirts!

Jessica, that is really cute!! How do you just whip these things out?? I love the fabric you used for the letters, and the mic is really cool!

Thanks! I am waiting on a box from Joann's so trying to entertain myself otherwise! I took a picture to show you how I can get so much sewn right now, but I can't post it! Although I spent all day yesterday folding and doing laundry and cleaning up! My house looks like a new house today!

The wrap skirt comes together pretty quickly! I'd say 1.5 hours? It's pretty simple, really! The FN one took me longer, but it was satiny, slippery fabric, so I was going slow, plus I had the added trim and poodle. But the first one I made was very quick!

Here is my latest. The kids wore these to our army family support group picinic.
