Yacht Club convention center construction visible from BCV?

Just wondering if construction is visible and (noisy) from rooms that are on the BCV pool side.

No. Not at all.
We are just back from 9 days at BCV. It is only visible from the bus stop. And we never heard a thing

The construction is quite a distance from most of the BCV rooms and only a few might even be able to see it. Even in those I wouldn't expect there to be any noise from it though.
