Hello! We logged on at midnight as Platinum members and so many activities were already sold out. Both brunches, (Palo and Enchante), several beverage tastings, several activities and as expected the cabanas. I wonder if this is the way it will be with the increased number of concierge rooms on the Wish. Thoughts?

We're concierge and Platinum and didn't get all of our requests despite submitting them at midnight on the date we were required to. I have to wonder at least when it comes to the tastings and Palo/Enchante whether they will open up more spots as they are seeing how quickly all of these are filling up? I also wonder if it has something to do with SO many repeat/platinum cruisers sailing on the Wish. For our first 5 cruises I don't think we did ANY tastings, cabanas, or upcharge events because there were so many regular things to see and do on the ships. But then after doing a handful of cruises, we wanted to add more. Maybe also the combination of the Wish only being 3/4 day cruises, where everyone is trying to fit things into a shorter amount of time than the 7 days cruises?

I think, unfortunately, it's leading to a LOT of very disappointed concierge and platinum guests for these first couple of months of Wish sailings (and obviously also some gold/silver/first cruisers.... but most of us at that booking stage were not expecting to get everything we wanted like the early concierge and platinum bookers are accustomed to).

I'm hoping (wishing!??) for some openings for everyone once the sailings actually get underway! Everyone deserves at least some chance for the cost at every level.

I hope we’re not one of those disappointed Concierge folks. I’m currently on hold trying to find out exactly what’s available for an October Cruise. Any tips on where to find this online?

the restaurants you can usually try to book once you get onboard. If you are concierge they might be able to do that for you. As for the tastings, I booked a couple as platinum, but they are so expensive now (I was last on DCL in 2016) I think I might drop everything but the wine and just put it toward my regular bar bill. So there could be some who are ready to cancel spots.

Are you on the maiden? Those tastings looked to be a lot more expensive than other sailings

Not on the maiden, tastings have changed in price a few weeks ago, everything is more expensive. (Don't know, maybe even more expensive on the MV.)

I remember seeing a $100 tasting on the MV which is not an option currently on other sailings

The prices look to be the same across all the ships. The $100 tasting is for the Reserve Whisky Bourbon Tasting which seems to be only offered on the Wish. It is currently available for my 3 night cruise in August

We have a B2B on the Wish in September. Where can I go see what is available for tastings, brunch and the like? We are gold level, our booking window opens June 6. When I look at our cruises on the app it does not show any details other than ports of call.

Holy @##%$ for $100 dollars they better give me a bottle to take home!

I'm not on the Maiden, but I'd rather have the cost on my bar bill and choose my drinks. Going for the wine, they can't drop extra sweet beverages on us with that one.

We are conceirge and sailing the Wish in January. Any ideas on what/what we can request besides Cabanas and the brunches? We very luckily and last minute sailed conceirge on the Dream in January and had a cabana but we booked so close to sailing I never emailed or thought to ask for anything prior to sailing.

Keep trying!!! I was able to book Enchante yesterday for 7/28. I was expecting the usual "glitch" when availability appears but this time it gave me an 8pm time slot. I was floored and thrilled.
Curious did you have more then 2 people in party that gives me hope I might get lucky

You can’t. I hate that. The only thing you can do is talk to someone with a higher Cataway Club level than you who has already seen the offerings.

Things were sparse, ie excursions and tastings, even for Platinum for the July 9 night Southern Caribbean on Fantasy. We have noticed that excursions are being added. People were theorizing that the islands/tour companies were short on staff or limiting due to covid restrictions. As restrictions may loosen or staffing eases, they may be adding more. They didn't seem to add tastings, but those usually seem plentiful once onboard. Hopefully the same happens with the Wish excursions.

Can you post a screenshot or list of all the options you had? (Even the sold out ones) I can’t seem to find a complete list anywhere
