Will Lowes price adjust to one of it's other stores?

I bought an item at 2 Lowes upstate and want to get a few more. It was on clearance at the 2 stores I got it from upstate so it was half price. Not sure if it will be on clearance down at this other store. Can I pay for the item then go to customer service and get them to price adjust them?

I'm sorry I don't know, but I would like to find out the answer too! I usually shop at the Lowes in my town, but I have 3 or 4 more within a half hour of my house. Last year the one by my house had an unbelieveable clearance sale in the lighting department-when I checked the other stores the same items were not on clearance. Last week I bought eight drapery panels (all they had of that color) for 4.99, regular price 29.99, but I need two more panels. I checked two other Lowes and the same curtains are not on clearance there. I was just going to buy two more at full price and figure out the average price per panel was still a good deal!
So I would be interested if anyone has experience with this!

If it was on clearance, no. My parents recently bought some tile on clearance at one Lowes, but they wanted some more. They went to another Lowes and found the same tile and asked the manager if they could have it for the same clearance price as the other store and the manager said no.

Target won't. One store had some bridal stuff on clearance and I bought a bunch of one item that is perfect for my sister's bridal shower. The store closer to home - 20 minutes away - didn't have it on clearance. I asked the store manager and he asked to see my receipt from 20 minutes ago. I showed him and he still said sorry, he won't sell it at clearance price. So I went and got the rest at Michael's for a better price with their weekly coupon.

OP here. I went to the other Lowes, a 2 hour trip for me each way. They did have the item still in stock, as was listed on their computer. However, when I asked the manager if they price matched to their other 2 stores, he said No. Their reason being: That if they sell the same air conditioner in both Texas and Alaska, their own prices would be dramatically different, depending on the locale and the demand for that item.

I bought the items anyway as I had Lowes coupons.

Lowes is currently having a sale. This current coupon doesn't expire til June 1st. For every purchase of $50, you get a $10 off $50 coupon printed with the cash register receipt. (I still had a coupon left from buying the items last week.)

I split all my purchases so I would just total $50 & get a new coupon for the next purchase. THAT purchase also spit out a coupon, to be used for the following purchase, etc.

I really cleaned up there, as we have many home improvement projects coming up. One purchase, I was even under $50 and the cashier helped me find odds & ends to make up the extra $4 needed. She said it didn't even matter what I bought as I could return anything I didn't need. They were so wonderfully helpful.
