I'm not sure, but I can tell you that our dinner at FF on Mother's Day was the best meal we ate at WDW.
1st course--littleneck clams with chorizo and sundried tomatos; hearts of palm salad
Main courses--wood fired day boat scallops; Columbia river salmon (a special)
We skipped dessert because the kids were getting restless, but the desserts I saw coming out of the kitchen looked great. Our waiter, Joe, when he saw my wife cutting DS's steak, came over and said, "You eat, I'll cut his steak." Needless to say, it's the little things like that that make a difference in service.
