Where do I find the cash reservation discount info? Is it in one of the member publications?

Not sure where it is published but it is 25% off available DVC accommidations.

When available, the DVC member discount is 25% off the normal rack rate for the villa. Rack rates for DVC resorts may be found on the DVC site. Information about the discount may be found on the Member's Only site.

The discount is available only when MS is reasonably certain that the villa won't be needed for point reservations and there are times when it is not available.
