When you set up two waitlists...?

I booked 4 nights in February at Saratoga and then at 7 months set up a waitlist for Beach Club and Boulder Ridge. For some reason I thought if one came through, the other would disappear. Beach Club came through today but Boulder Ridge is still there. Will it fall off or is it still valid? Like, its there a chance BRV could come through and replace BCV (I'm happy with BCV but would rather have BRV) The reservation number did not change when BCV came through.

Are you sure the reservation number didn't change?

I seem to recall that the last time I successfully set up a waitlist to replace another reservation, it was processed as a cancellation and a new booking with a different confirmation number. Both reservations required an identical number of points and the first one was booked at 6.5 months out (i.e., was not a home resort reservation).

That was the first thing I checked I still had the original confirmation from March for Saratoga. It’s the same.

If you don't want the BRV reservation, cancel the waitlist. How you set it up initially will determine whether it replaces the existing reservation or becomes a new, separate reservation. Assuming that you set it up to replace the SSR reservation and the confirmation number did not change when the BCV waitlist filled, BRV should replace the BCV reservation if it matches.
