What is the weather like in March or April in Orlando? Pool weather definitely I would imagine or no? Temperature, etc?

We are March break regulars. Weather can be variable, but more often hot than cool, but we have experienced both.

Our last two March trips have been very hot, temps in the 90's, so definitely pool weather. The couple of cooler trips we have had were mostly light sweater and jeans weather with temps struggling to hit 70, but there were always a couple of days that were still sunny and warm enough for the pool. On average I would guess that daytime highs reach around 80 in March, obviously a bit more in April. We have never experienced much rain in March, with only two really full rainy days that I recall in many trips, there have been cloudy days with quick showers though.

Early to mid March has the higher risk of some cool days but often good weather. Once you get to late March, it is usually warm (in the 80's and sometimes 90's) and the risk of cold days is significantly lower although you can sometimes get a bad day. At any given time, you have a risk of thunderstorms, although during that time of the year they often come overnight while you are sleeping rather than during the day. Personally I consider March, April, October and November to be the best months weather-wise at WDW, as you usually have warm weather during those months but less humidity and rain than May to September. December to February has a much higher risk of cold days including having several of them in a row.

We go in late April every year. Best time to be in Orlando, in my opinion. High 70's, low 80's, typically very little precipitation.

It starts to get really hot mid-May.

We always go the last week in March for my DD'S spring break. We usually have one cool rainy day (been 8 times this particular week.) For some reason it seems the week prior is always mid 80s and perfect! Well, this year I accidentally booked the week prior and can't change anything do to using credit card rewards for flights. It's not a big deal for everyone's schedule so I'm hoping that this will be the case for us!!!

As others have said, it can be variable. We have experienced quite cool mornings in early March. To get a sense of the variability, check the record high and record low for the days in the week you are considering. The weather channel makes it easy to do this in their monthly calendar.

For instance; for March 15th the average high/low is 77F/55F. But the records are 89F and 31F.

Waiting for rope drop on a breezy 31 degree morning can be... chilly! But you'll be looking for the pool on an 89 degree afternoon.

Like we said, variable.

Do you mean it has rained 8 times this week or 8 times the week you went? What about the other days? Are they pool days?
