Similar here - we are making mac and cheese with the left over bacon from St Patrick's day (could use corned beef as well)
Made some coleslaw with the extra cabbage as well.

I worked late so I made Rana skillet gnocchi with fresh spinach, Aidell’s chicken meatballs with Rana fresh marinara and fresh grated parm. I made garlic bread and Cesar salad. Talenti mini sorbetto pops for dessert

We love leftovers! DH had me double tonight’s recipe so he has lunches prepared.

DH always insists on my making tons of pot roast (and meat loaf) so he can eat for several days. I keep saying I'll make other things to alternate. Nope. Usually 3 days in a row for each. I alternate unless it's a very fave restaurant item.

I made Egg Roll in a Bowl for dinner tonight. I have 3 meals of the leftovers to enjoy over the next few days.

Made chicken cutlets last night so DH could have leftovers tonight. He made some fries in the air fryer. I made tortellini and enough for lunch tomorrow. Trucking along even if it isn't fancy.

We had a big lunch and we are both intermittent fasting, so he ate something when I was still working, and I had the rest of the crab salad and some raw veggies/protein dip right before my window closed.

Kid had a piece of pina colada tres leches cake before he ran out the door to work. I made some.pasta salad for him to have when he gets home in an hour
