What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Got the squash in the oven, and have hot sausage, provolone and pizza sauce ready to go in when the squash is soft!

That's a different take on it, for me anyway. I've always tilted it more towards spaghetti than pizza when I've done it in the past. That's a good idea.

Sausage, pepper and onion sandwiches for family. Mac and cheese for me. LOL

Hot Chicken sandwich and an apple for me.
DH will be home later and he will have leftover Chicken Tortilla soup

Made a potato salad and added tuna to it for some unknown reason. Liked it and all those carbs should keep me happy for bit.

Oh forgot to mention I was able to find eggs yesterday and finished putting the sliced chicken breasts in the freezer.

Trader Joe's frozen night:
Beef Bulgogi, fried wontons with the jalapeno cream cheese filling (I love those things).... and some rice and steamed broccoli

Ordered in tonight. Just our regular pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. I ordered extra so I can stuff them again for the weekend’s football watching.
Last night I made red chicken chili since you all inspired me down the chili road.

Last night was cheesy bacon ranch mac n cheese skillet. Tonight will be beef stroganoff.

Out looking at flooring and bathroom faucets today so we grabbed lunch while out. We had Mexican. We haven’t had dinner, I’m still full from lunch. Maybe a snack later.

I have a Publix within reasonable distance that just opened now, so...

Publix fried chicken, mac and cheese, corn, and Barnie's coffee ice cream.
It's like my day before Disney all over again.

I used the last of the potato salad with tuna today and added a handful of coarsely chopped parsley, capers and squeeze of lemon to it. Sort of an extra chewy Italian tuna salad. Oh right, added frozen peas as well.

DH is making ribs today. I am quite enjoying his new interest in cooking. It gives me a break!

We're going out to lunch with the family, so not sure if there will be a dinner or not. If there is, it will be out of the freezer.

I made more stuffed knots for snacking during the NFL games today. The knots themselves are leftover from the pizzeria. I added salami, mozzarella and roasted red peppers to some. Others have mozzarella and some leftover meatballs from the other day.
