Broccoli soup and homemade chicken nuggets with chips—it was a simple but satisfying meal. Lately, I’ve been trying to eat at home more (no restaurants) and stick to a no processed food menu https://betterme.world/articles/no-processed-fоod-diet-menu/ . Can’t say it’s been easy, especially when cravings hit, but I’m already seeing some good results. I feel lighter, have more energy, and my skin even looks better. Cooking everything from scratch takes more time, but honestly, it’s worth it
