waiting time

Are there cases where a GAP will allow someone who is medically fragile and can only manage a few hours to spend in the park each day to enter attractions right away? I know they have tried to mainstream but in cases where there is a noticable problem (wheelchair, oxygen)- and there is a doctor's note will this help bypass a long wait?

The Guest Assistance Cards say right on them that they are not meant to bypass lines or provide immediate access to any rides. They also say that the holder of the card is expected to use Fast Pass whenever possible. What the card will do, is allow the wait to be somewhere more comfortable than in the line if that is what the person needs. Sometimes, that may mean they will let you wait inside a building outside of the heat and sun. Sometimes they will give you a card, sort of like a fastpass that will allow you to come back later and go right into the ride. Click here for a link to thread about Guest Assistance Cards.
