VWL pool temp

Just got back from our vacation home to VWL. I told my hubby it was our duty to check out the quiet pool temp so that I could report back to this board. The water was warm enough for me to walk right in without having to "get used to it" little by little. I can't remember the last pool I could do that in. In other words, no pool temp problem that I could feel!

The hot tub, on the other hand, could have been hotter for my taste. I heard the hot tubs at the main pool were TOO hot though so I stayed at the DVC hot tub.

That sounds wonderful! We had a quick WDW trip last weekend, and I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but when we did stick our hands in to see what it felt like, DH thought it wasn't warm enough for him. We were off site, at Sheraton Safari.

I love the VWL pool, can't wait until we're THERE!

OMG, the hot tub at the main pool was sooooo hot all week. DH and I only used it one night, and even then we couldn't stay in for more than a few minutes. We opted to relax in the "slightly warmer than bath water" tub at the quiet pool. That main pool had to be well over the 104 degree maximum. It was a little ridiculous!

I love VWL, but you'd think they'd be able to get a happy medium and have all the hot tubs at a good temp. Cool off the main pool tubs a bit and make the quiet pool hot tub actually hot! I was okay with the "slightly warmer than bath water" tub, but hotter WOULD have been nicer.

I didn't check the main pool water temp at all but there were a lot of people in the pool so it couldn't have been too bad.

It was pretty cold on Sunday 4/15 but it warmed up a little throughout the week. We really spent the majority of our time at the quiet pool because it was much warmer. But the temperature didn't stop loads of people from swimming in it all week!
