Do DVC members still get free valet parking?

Nope. Not since they farmed out the service to another company.

DVC did not inform anyone that they were going to start charging for valet parking.

It has been almost 4 1/2 years since the free valet was parking tossed in Oct 2009. It is now $15 a day. There are actual times you might consider it. Example: you are staying at BWV and want to go to MK. The bus system is one of the worst. If you valet park for a day (good for 24 hours), you can go to Contemporary and they will let you in to valet park there for the day and you won't pay another fee to do so because one fee is good for valet parking everywhere for that day.

Do DVC members still get free valet parking?

BUT, if you have the Tables in Wonderland card, you can valet park for free while you are dining at other resorts that have valet parking and that take the TIW card for the discount. But according to the TIW website, you are limited to using the free valet parking exclusively for dining at that resort, not for heading to a theme park after dining.
