I still have 150 Boardwalk Villa points, and 36 Beach Club Villa points left.

These can be used at any resort including Riviera now through mid November.
The BWV points can be used at BWV now through March 31 2026.
The BCV points can be used at BCV now through March 31 2026.

I do have ability to use additional points if needed to make your full reservation.

I have 313 points available to rent. 150 Boardwalk Villa points and 163 Beach Club Villa both for $19/pp. They are April Use Year, and can be used for reservations through March 31, 2026. I can reserve BWV and BCV out 11 months, and all other resorts, including Riviera at 7 months.

Please provide the following information with your request:

• Resort preference (1st and 2nd choice)
• Room Size (studio, one bedroom villa, etc)
• check-in / check-out dates

I’ve rented here on Disboards in the past, and I have repeat renters that I can provide for reference. I provide a contract for us both to sign. I request a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time you receive the electronic resort confirmation number. At which time you can link to your My Disney Experience. Balance is due 60 days prior to Check-in date.

Payment can be made with Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Apple pay.

I still have 150 BWV points available. For BCV I have 36 points left available, however can tap into additional BCV points I have if needed for your reservation.

These points can be used in their respective resorts up to 11 months from now. And I can use them at any resort between now and 7 months from now.

Hi, sorry, nothing available at BCV for those nights (only one night the 15th is available).

The following resorts do have 2BR avaiable:
Saratoga, and Old Key West

Riviera has everything except the night of the 14th in a 2BR Preferred view
And Riviera has the 14th in the 2BR lockoff Preferred view.
So you could do that if you want, and waitlist the 14th on the non lockoff.

Hi Sorry, these are 2024 points banked into my 2025 use year which is an April use year. That means that I can use them up until April 1 2026.
