I believe $20-$27 per day is pretty standard with almost all rental companies for drivers from 21-24 years old (I have experience with only Alamo/National/Enterprise ($20/day), Hertz, Budget/Avis ($27/day), Thrifty and Dollar ($25/day).
Typically you will also be required to show proof of sufficient insurance coverage from your own vehicle provider OR you will be required to take the rental company's CDW/LDW which is going to add another $25-$30 per day.
It should also be noted that the most rental companies will only rent regular vehicles to drivers under 25 (Economy, Compact, Mid-size, Full-size).
SUV's, Premium, Luxury, Minivans and any Sport/Specialty vehicles cannot be rented by drivers under 25 at most companies.
FYI: my son rented on his honeymoon (24yo at the time). I got him a great deal on his 10 day rental with Alamo for $104 incl taxes, but the underage driver fee and CDW bumped his rental to over $600! Something you definitely want to prepare for.
If you have a full-time job, whichever company your employer does business with. Most corporate contracts waive the under-25 surcharge, so even paying business rates, it usually comes out cheaper.
